【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行國際貿易融資業(yè)務的創(chuàng)新不僅是全球貿易經濟特征改變和金融監(jiān)管標準提高的客觀要求,也是銀行自身提高綜合競爭力的主觀要求。近年來,國際貿易融資已經成為銀行同業(yè)最為關注的業(yè)務領域之一。 而DL銀行作為一家城市商業(yè)銀行,在國際貿易融資業(yè)務發(fā)展中還存在著適應市場需求的融資產品不足、業(yè)務管理模式落后、風險管理體系低效、人才隊伍建設基礎薄弱等諸多問題,同時本文也指出了為適應國際貿易發(fā)展變化、國內外監(jiān)管環(huán)境變化、同業(yè)創(chuàng)新競爭及自身經營轉型的需要,DL銀行必須大力開展國際貿易融資創(chuàng)新。為求得生存,DL銀行必須尋找新的發(fā)展途徑,通過創(chuàng)新注入新鮮的內在動力,推動國際貿易融資業(yè)務的健康發(fā)展。 本文結合DL銀行國際貿易融資業(yè)務發(fā)展現狀,使用創(chuàng)新管理理論和方法,詳盡分析了DL銀行國際貿易融資業(yè)務創(chuàng)新管理中涉及的戰(zhàn)略、組織、資源和制度影響因素,以及各個影響因素對銀行國際貿易融資業(yè)務創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的作用機制。通過研究DL銀行創(chuàng)新過程,尋求建立以培養(yǎng)核心競爭力為導向,以價值創(chuàng)造為最終目標,以各種創(chuàng)新要素的有機結合與協同創(chuàng)新為手段的創(chuàng)新管理機制和方法,以此推動DL銀行國際貿易融資業(yè)務的新發(fā)展。 文章的最后,針對這些影響因素及DL銀行國際貿易融資業(yè)務發(fā)展中存在的問題,從增強國際貿易融資業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略管理的執(zhí)行能力、優(yōu)化銀行內部組織機構建設、注重創(chuàng)新資源多元化整合及強化包括風險管理制度和績效考核制度在內的創(chuàng)新管理制度建設四方面,提出了進一步深化發(fā)展國際貿易融資創(chuàng)新的建議。
[Abstract]:The innovation of the international trade financing business of commercial banks is not only the objective requirement of the change of the global trade economic characteristics and the improvement of the financial supervision standard, but also the subjective requirement for the banks themselves to improve their comprehensive competitiveness in recent years. International trade financing has become one of the most concerned areas of business among banks. DL Bank as a city commercial bank, in the development of international trade financing business, there are insufficient financing products to meet the needs of the market, the business management model is backward, the risk management system is inefficient. At the same time, this paper also points out that in order to adapt to the changes in international trade, the regulatory environment at home and abroad has changed. In order to survive, DL Bank must find a new way of development and inject new internal impetus through innovation. To promote the healthy development of international trade financing business. Based on the present situation of DL Bank's international trade finance business, this paper analyzes the strategy, organization, resources and system influencing factors involved in the innovation management of DL bank's international trade finance business by using the theory and method of innovation management. By studying the innovation process of DL Bank, we seek to establish the core competitiveness as the orientation and value creation as the ultimate goal. In order to promote the new development of DL Bank's international trade financing business, the innovation management mechanism and method based on the organic combination of various innovative elements and collaborative innovation are proposed. Finally, aiming at these influencing factors and the problems existing in the development of DL Bank's international trade financing business, the paper optimizes the internal organization construction of the bank by strengthening the executive ability of the strategic management of the international trade finance business, and optimizing the internal organization construction of the bank. Focusing on the diversification and integration of innovative resources and strengthening the construction of innovative management system including risk management system and performance appraisal system, the paper puts forward some suggestions for further deepening the innovation of international trade financing.
