【摘要】:在監(jiān)管環(huán)境日益嚴(yán)峻,存貸利差逐步收窄,利率市場化進(jìn)程加快,金融脫媒逐漸加速的市場環(huán)境下,國內(nèi)各商業(yè)銀行均將發(fā)展重點轉(zhuǎn)向了零售銀行市場,而國內(nèi)居民日益旺盛的理財需求促使各商業(yè)銀行加大對零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)的推動力度。作為從農(nóng)村信用社改制而來的長春農(nóng)商銀行,清醒地認(rèn)識到僅依靠利差收入盈利的模式將面臨危機,并積極調(diào)整業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),將零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)作為未來發(fā)展重點。 本文從闡述零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展對商業(yè)銀行的重要性方面入手,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外對商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究的理論,論證了我國商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的可行性與必要性。通過對長春農(nóng)商銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在問題的分析,利用SWOT分析與波特五力分析等方法,分析企業(yè)發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,,面臨的機會與威脅,并對企業(yè)零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行深入探討。最終確定了“著眼于全國市場,依靠先進(jìn)的經(jīng)營理念與管理手段,依托完善的IT技術(shù)平臺,通過不斷的學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新,打造具有影響力的零售銀行品牌”的零售業(yè)務(wù)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并提出了實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)需要具備以客戶為中心、堅持走財富管理之路、明確電子化發(fā)展道路、抓好人才隊伍建設(shè)的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略思想,論述了長春農(nóng)商銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)需要具備的條件和實現(xiàn)的方法。通過對長春農(nóng)商銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,為企業(yè)未來發(fā)展提供有益借鑒,同時為從信用社體制下轉(zhuǎn)型的農(nóng)商銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出與實踐提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the increasingly severe regulatory environment, the gradually narrowing of deposit and loan spreads, the accelerated process of marketization of interest rates and the acceleration of financial disintermediation, all domestic commercial banks have shifted their emphasis to the retail banking market. However, the growing financial needs of domestic residents have prompted commercial banks to step up their efforts to promote retail banking business. As a rural credit cooperative, Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank, which has been reformed from the rural credit cooperatives, Soberly realize that the mode of profit only depends on interest rate difference income will face crisis, and actively adjust the business structure, take the retail banking business as the future development focus. This paper begins with the importance of the development of retail business to commercial banks, and combines the theory of domestic and foreign research on the development of retail business of commercial banks. This paper demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the development of retail business of commercial banks in China. Through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the retail business of Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank, the author makes use of the methods of SWOT analysis and Porter's five-force analysis, etc. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by enterprises in the development of retail business, and probes into the development strategy of retail banking business. Finally, it determines "focusing on the national market and relying on advanced management concepts and management means". Relying on the perfect IT technology platform, through continuous learning and innovation, the overall retail business development strategic goal of creating the influential retail bank brand "is put forward, and it is pointed out that the realization of the target needs to have the customer as the center," Adhere to the road of wealth management, make clear the way of electronic development, and do a good job of the management strategy thought of the construction of talent team, This paper discusses the conditions and methods of developing the retail business of Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank. Through the study of the development strategy of Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank, it provides useful reference for the future development of enterprises. At the same time, it provides a reference for the development strategy and practice of the retail business of the agricultural and commercial bank in the transformation from the credit cooperative system.
