【摘要】：上海汽車和通用汽車合作到印度開展第三方國家直接投資的過程和動因,展現(xiàn)了對外直接投資新模式——合作第三國直接投資;合作第三國直接投資是對傳統(tǒng)對外直接投資模式的創(chuàng)新,擴展了發(fā)展中國家企業(yè)與發(fā)達國家企業(yè)合作層次與合作模式,有利于協(xié)同實現(xiàn)發(fā)達國家與發(fā)展中國家企業(yè)對外直接投資目標,對于中國企業(yè),有利于提高兩個市場上戰(zhàn)略資源獲取的能力與配置效率,促進企業(yè)升級。
[Abstract]:The process and motivation of Shanghai Automobile and General Motors to cooperate with India to carry out foreign direct investment in third countries show a new mode of foreign direct investment-direct investment in third countries. The cooperation of third countries' direct investment is an innovation of the traditional mode of foreign direct investment, which expands the level and mode of cooperation between enterprises of developing countries and those of developed countries. It is beneficial to realize the goal of foreign direct investment of developed and developing country enterprises in cooperation. For Chinese enterprises, it is helpful to improve the ability and allocation efficiency of strategic resource acquisition in the two markets, and to promote the upgrading of enterprises.
