我國(guó)民營(yíng)銀行戰(zhàn)略管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放和經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)化程度不斷提高以及民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展壯大,國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中民營(yíng)資本所占的比例有了很大提升。然而民營(yíng)資本參與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心金融體系——銀行業(yè)的程度卻仍處于較低水平。我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的銀行體系對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的發(fā)展的制約作用越來(lái)越明顯。我國(guó)急需建立與現(xiàn)階段多元化、多層次的經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)相適應(yīng)的銀行體系。根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效率理論,行業(yè)的壟斷性越強(qiáng),必將導(dǎo)致較低的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。正是在這種背景下,2013年7月國(guó)務(wù)院明確提出鼓勵(lì)民間資本參股金融機(jī)構(gòu)和金融機(jī)構(gòu)改造,擴(kuò)大民間資本在金融業(yè)的比重,進(jìn)一步放開(kāi)了民營(yíng)銀行的市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入。本文通過(guò)理論分析、實(shí)證分析、SWOT分析以及總結(jié)歸納的研究方法,并結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)民營(yíng)銀行的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),對(duì)我國(guó)民營(yíng)銀行戰(zhàn)略管理進(jìn)行分析,為我國(guó)民營(yíng)銀行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供更加科學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略管理分選擇、戰(zhàn)略制定提供依據(jù)。本文的框架結(jié)構(gòu)共分為六個(gè)部分,第一部分為緒論,主要交代本文的研究背景與研究意義,通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的分析,提出本文的研究思路、結(jié)構(gòu)和研究方法。第二部分,明確民營(yíng)銀行概念的界定與戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論。第三部分,采用PR模型并結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)有股份制商業(yè)銀行的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析;第四部分,采用SWOT分析法,結(jié)合我國(guó)民營(yíng)銀行自身特點(diǎn),對(duì)民營(yíng)銀行進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、威脅四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行定性分析,并做出歸納總結(jié)。第五部分,對(duì)我國(guó)民營(yíng)銀行戰(zhàn)略管理的制定和戰(zhàn)略的選擇進(jìn)行分析。第六部分,考慮到我國(guó)民營(yíng)銀行的自身所具有的劣勢(shì),從民營(yíng)銀行內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境兩方面為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提出促進(jìn)民營(yíng)銀行戰(zhàn)略管理實(shí)施的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's reform and opening up and the marketization of the economy, and the development of the private economy, The proportion of private capital in the national economy has been greatly increased. However, the degree of private capital participation in the core financial system-banking industry of the national economy is still at a relatively low level. The constraints on the development of finance are becoming more and more obvious. China urgently needs to establish and diversify at the present stage. The multi-level economic and property rights structure of the banking system. According to the economic competitive efficiency theory, the stronger the monopoly of the industry, It is against this background that in July 2013 the State Council explicitly proposed to encourage private capital to participate in the reform of financial institutions and financial institutions in order to expand the proportion of private capital in the financial industry. Through theoretical analysis, empirical analysis, SWOT analysis and summary of the research methods, combined with the relevant theory of strategic management and domestic and foreign related research literature on private banks, This paper analyzes the strategic management of private banks in China, provides a more scientific choice of strategic management for the sustainable development of private banks in China, and provides the basis for strategic formulation. The framework structure of this paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction. This paper mainly explains the research background and significance of this paper, through the analysis of relevant documents, puts forward the research ideas, structure and research methods. The second part, the definition of the concept of private banks and strategic management theory. Using PR model and relevant data of China's existing joint-stock commercial banks, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the market structure and competition degree of China's banking industry. Part 4th, using SWOT analysis method, combines the characteristics of private banks in China. This paper makes qualitative analysis on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the private banks, and summarizes them in part 5th, and analyzes the formulation and selection of the strategies of the private banks in China. Part 6th, Considering the disadvantages of the private banks in our country, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the implementation of the private banks' strategic management from the internal and external environment of the private banks.
