【摘要】：項目融資租賃是在承租企業(yè)建設大型項目過程中籌集中長期資金的有效融資方式。但目前租賃公司在開展項目融資租賃時遇到了瓶頸性問題,很難合理地確定和準確地計量項目融資租賃的租金。本文結合項目融資租賃特點,分析了項目融資租賃租金計量的基礎,提出了基于出租人收益的項目融資租賃租金計量原則,并構建了基于出租人收益的項目融資租賃租金計量模型,該模型提供了一個能保證出租方收益的租金計量區(qū)間。
[Abstract]:Project financing lease is to raise the effective financing way long-term funds in the construction of large projects in the process of the enterprise. But the leasing companies in carrying out the project financing lease has encountered the bottleneck problem, it is difficult to determine reasonably and accurately measure the project financing lease rent. This paper analyzes the characteristics of project financing lease, infrastructure projects financing lease rent measurement, put forward the measurement of project financing lease principle based on the lessor's profits, and build a measurement project financing lease model based on the lessor's profits, the model provides a guaranteed rental measurement interval lessor income.
