【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展，完全獨(dú)立的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式已經(jīng)不復(fù)存在，科技企業(yè)孵化器的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展將創(chuàng)新資源連接成一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展的網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)，為入孵企業(yè)發(fā)展提供了更好的孵化條件，本文選擇“科技企業(yè)孵化器、創(chuàng)投機(jī)構(gòu)、在孵企業(yè)”三方聯(lián)盟為研究?jī)?nèi)容，具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本文將三方構(gòu)建的聯(lián)盟視為一個(gè)獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)，以資源相關(guān)理論、交易費(fèi)用理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)理論和社會(huì)資本理論為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)三方聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)界定，并通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究、大規(guī)模問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和實(shí)證研究，探討了三方聯(lián)盟績(jī)效影響因子的相互作用關(guān)系以及三方聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化過(guò)程。 本文主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下：本文構(gòu)建了三方聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)概念模型。該模型基于文獻(xiàn)綜述與相關(guān)理論研究成果，形象描述了三方聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的形成動(dòng)機(jī)和演化過(guò)程，有助于實(shí)踐中對(duì)三方聯(lián)盟績(jī)效和聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化趨勢(shì)的把握；本文構(gòu)建了三方聯(lián)盟績(jī)效影響因子的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型并進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。該模型突破單一理論基礎(chǔ)的研究思路，結(jié)合公平理論、信任承諾理論、動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論，從中提取關(guān)鍵的影響因子，并通過(guò)理論推導(dǎo)構(gòu)建了績(jī)效影響因子的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型，運(yùn)用LISREL軟件進(jìn)行擬合修正。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示，聯(lián)盟公平、成員信任和承諾水平為重要的中介變量，反映聯(lián)盟成員的主觀認(rèn)知，網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)因子、運(yùn)營(yíng)能力因子對(duì)聯(lián)盟績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著正相關(guān)；本文構(gòu)建了三方聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化模型的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)流圖。該系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型中的主要變量及其因果關(guān)系路徑，運(yùn)用Vensin PLE針對(duì)不同水平的關(guān)鍵影響因子進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)仿真模擬，深入探討了關(guān)鍵變量對(duì)聯(lián)盟績(jī)效和網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化趨勢(shì)的影響，為實(shí)踐中促進(jìn)聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化提供指導(dǎo)建議。 本文研究成果有助于我們理解三方聯(lián)盟演化過(guò)程、把握關(guān)鍵可控變量，為促進(jìn)三方聯(lián)盟發(fā)展、提高聯(lián)盟滿意率、優(yōu)化三方聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化路徑提供了明確、可操作的建議，，具有重要實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, the completely independent business model no longer exists. The network development of science and technology business incubator connects the innovative resources into a dynamic network system. In order to provide better incubation conditions for the development of incubated enterprises, this paper chooses the tripartite alliance of "technology business incubator, venture capital institution and incubated enterprise" as the research content, which has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper regards the alliance constructed by the three parties as an independent system, which is based on the theories of resource correlation, transaction cost, network and social capital. A large-scale questionnaire survey and empirical research were conducted to explore the interaction of the factors affecting the performance of the tripartite alliance and the evolution process of the tripartite alliance network. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: this paper constructs a conceptual model of tripartite alliance network system, which describes the formation motivation and evolution process of tripartite alliance network system based on literature review and related theoretical research results. It is helpful to grasp the performance of tripartite alliance and the evolution trend of alliance network in practice. In this paper, the structural equation model of the factors affecting the performance of tripartite alliance is constructed and the empirical research is carried out. The research idea of this model breaks through the single theoretical foundation. Combined with fairness theory, trust commitment theory, dynamic ability theory and social network theory, the key influence factors are extracted, and the structural equation model of performance impact factor is established by theoretical derivation. The empirical results show that alliance fairness, member trust and commitment level are important intermediary variables, which reflect the subjective cognition of alliance members and network structure factors. The operational capability factor has a significant positive correlation with alliance performance. In this paper, the system dynamics flow diagram of the evolution model of tripartite alliance network is constructed. The system dynamics analysis is based on the main variables in the structural equation model and its causality path. Vensin PLE is used to simulate the key influence factors of different levels, and the influence of key variables on alliance performance and network evolution trend is discussed in depth, which provides guidance suggestions for promoting alliance network optimization in practice. The research results of this paper are helpful for us to understand the evolution process of tripartite alliance, grasp the key controllable variables, promote the development of tripartite alliance, improve the satisfaction rate of alliance, and optimize the evolution path of tripartite alliance network. It has important practical significance.
