【摘要】：國際板是指在證券交易所中建立一個專門的板塊讓境外企業(yè)發(fā)行上市。在深圳成功推出創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場之后,上�？焖偬岢隽藙�(chuàng)設(shè)國際板的意愿,并得到了國內(nèi)理論界和實際部門的積極回應(yīng),以至認(rèn)定:中國的國際板非上海莫屬;中國的國際板,就是特指上交所的國際板,與深交所無關(guān)。然而,構(gòu)建國際板不僅是未來上海的重要任務(wù)之一,也是未來深圳追求的重要目標(biāo)。深圳未來需要研究的已不再是有沒有推出國際板的必要性和可行性的問題,而是需要研究推出國際板的路徑問題。
[Abstract]:International board refers to the establishment of a special plate in the stock exchange for overseas enterprises to issue and list. After the successful launch of the gem in Shenzhen, Shanghai quickly put forward the desire to create an international board. And has obtained the domestic theory circle and the actual department's positive response, to the conclusion: China's international board belongs to Shanghai; China's international board, which specifically refers to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, has nothing to do with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. However, building an international board is not only an important Ren Wuzhi of Shanghai in the future. It is also an important goal for Shenzhen to pursue in the future. What Shenzhen needs to study in the future is no longer the necessity and feasibility of launching international board, but the route of launching international board.
