【摘要】：目前,我國銀企對(duì)賬采用的主要方式是以紙為介質(zhì)的對(duì)賬方式,該方式存在耗能高,效果差的問題。對(duì)于銀行來說,需要耗費(fèi)大量資源用于派送、回收、核對(duì)、整理對(duì)賬資料,但仍然不能做到全面、準(zhǔn)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確對(duì)賬,無法完滿完成對(duì)賬工作;對(duì)于企業(yè)來說,存在時(shí)滯以及信息丟失的風(fēng)險(xiǎn);此外也不利于監(jiān)管部門來監(jiān)管。解決辦法是推廣電子對(duì)賬,這樣能徹底解決時(shí)效、質(zhì)量、成本等一系列問題,監(jiān)管部門對(duì)銀行的電子對(duì)賬平臺(tái)構(gòu)建和使用情況進(jìn)行檢查指導(dǎo)將非常便利且有效。因此,我們要積極響應(yīng)低碳號(hào)召,大力推行電子對(duì)賬這一既高效有環(huán)保的銀企對(duì)賬方式。
[Abstract]:At present, the main way of bank and enterprise reconciliation in our country is the paper as the medium, which has the problems of high energy consumption and poor effect. For the banks, a lot of resources need to be used for delivery, recovery and verification. Collate the data of reconciliation, but still can not achieve comprehensive, punctual, accurate reconciliation, can not complete the reconciliation work; For enterprises, there is the risk of delay and loss of information. The solution is to promote electronic reconciliation, which can solve a series of problems such as limitation, quality, cost and so on. Regulatory supervision of the construction and use of electronic reconciliation platforms will be very convenient and effective. Therefore, we should respond positively to the call of low carbon. Vigorously promote electronic reconciliation, which is both efficient and environmentally friendly way of bank and enterprise reconciliation.
