【摘要】:全球生產(chǎn)力空前發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨的形勢(shì)是十分嚴(yán)峻的。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,世界上每一個(gè)存在利潤(rùn)的潛力市場(chǎng)隨時(shí)都會(huì)涌入大量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者。面對(duì)強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,企業(yè)內(nèi)外涌現(xiàn)出各種不確定因素,如何快速響應(yīng)和不斷變革成為了新時(shí)代背景下企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵問題。 企業(yè)家和管理學(xué)家認(rèn)識(shí)到,一個(gè)企業(yè)要想適應(yīng)外界環(huán)境的迅速變化,要能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中求生存、求發(fā)展,就不僅要采用先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù),而且要盡快地改變與現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)不相符的管理方法,能夠?qū)ν獠凯h(huán)境變化做出敏捷反應(yīng)。作為一種流程管理的方法,流程優(yōu)化管理需要對(duì)企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程作一個(gè)全面的分析,以明確哪些流程對(duì)企業(yè)比較重要,然后對(duì)這些流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并實(shí)施。流程優(yōu)化管理是顧客與企業(yè)雙贏的過程,能為顧客和企業(yè)帶來許多實(shí)際利益。本文依托于業(yè)務(wù)流程管理領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論,以上汽通用汽車金融有限公司為實(shí)例,從企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀著手,以業(yè)務(wù)流程為中心,分析了企業(yè)在業(yè)務(wù)流程管理中存在的問題,研究了業(yè)務(wù)流程管理理論在上汽通用汽車金融公司的應(yīng)用,總結(jié)出上汽通用獨(dú)有的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理模式,這一過程對(duì)于完善業(yè)務(wù)流程管理思想由理論到實(shí)踐的轉(zhuǎn)變,以流程優(yōu)化的觀點(diǎn)重構(gòu)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式,提高企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化的承受能力,,將起到十分重要的作用,同時(shí),為其他企業(yè)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化管理提供實(shí)際操作的參考和指導(dǎo)意義,以此對(duì)集中體現(xiàn)企業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the unprecedented development of global productivity, the situation facing enterprises is very severe. With the rapid development of economic globalization and Internet technology. Every potential market for profit in the world will pour into a large number of competitors at any time. Facing the strong competitive pressure, a variety of uncertain factors emerge inside and outside the enterprise. How to respond quickly and constantly change has become the key problem of the enterprise under the background of the new era. Entrepreneurs and management experts realize that if an enterprise wants to adapt to the rapid changes in the external environment and to survive and develop in the fierce competition, it must not only adopt advanced science and technology. Moreover, it is necessary to change the management method which is inconsistent with the modern production and management as soon as possible, and be able to make agile response to the change of external environment, as a method of process management. Process optimization management needs to make a comprehensive analysis of business processes in order to identify which processes are important to the enterprise and then design these processes. Process optimization management is a win-win process between customers and enterprises, which can bring many practical benefits to customers and enterprises. This paper relies on the related theories in the field of business process management. Taking SAIC General Motors Finance Co., Ltd as an example, starting from the current situation of enterprises, taking business process as the center, the paper analyzes the problems existing in business process management. The application of business process management theory in SAIC General Motors Finance Company is studied, and the unique business process management mode of SAIC GM is summarized. This process changes from theory to practice to perfect the thought of business process management, reconstructs the management mode of enterprise from the point of view of process optimization, and improves the ability of enterprise to bear the change of market. Will play a very important role, at the same time, for other enterprises to optimize business process management to provide practical operational reference and guidance, so as to reflect the advantages of the enterprise. It is of practical significance to cultivate the core competence of enterprises.
