【摘要】:銀行基層網(wǎng)點作為面向廣大客戶最直接、最前沿的服務(wù)陣地,是銀行業(yè)務(wù)延伸拓展的基礎(chǔ),是銀行最基礎(chǔ)的部門單元,作為銀行提供金融服務(wù)的場所,不僅要給客戶提供現(xiàn)金存取和轉(zhuǎn)賬匯款等結(jié)算服務(wù),也是銀行整體服務(wù)形象、企業(yè)文化和經(jīng)營理念的具體體現(xiàn),是銀行最重要的宣傳服務(wù)平臺。進一步提高和優(yōu)化基層網(wǎng)點運營流程,是當(dāng)前商業(yè)銀行降低服務(wù)成本,提高運營效率,提升對外服務(wù)形象的必然選擇,也是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和市場競爭的需要,更是商業(yè)銀行追求轉(zhuǎn)型,實現(xiàn)“向管理要效益”的內(nèi)生要求,特別是在當(dāng)前金融脫媒和利率市場化不斷深化的大背景下,銀行通過基層網(wǎng)絡(luò)實施流程再造,重塑以市場為導(dǎo)向,以客戶為導(dǎo)向,高效的業(yè)務(wù)流程的運作,成為國內(nèi)銀行業(yè)為應(yīng)對市場競爭,推動業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的戰(zhàn)略選擇。本文在對目前寧夏銀行基層營業(yè)網(wǎng)點運營流程現(xiàn)狀廣泛調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,比較和學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)先進中小城市商業(yè)銀行基層網(wǎng)點運營流程設(shè)計和規(guī)劃后,針對寧夏銀行基層網(wǎng)點運營流程的現(xiàn)狀和問題進行探討和研究,試圖從業(yè)務(wù)操作、產(chǎn)品銷售、運營流程和內(nèi)控管理等方面探求寧夏銀行基層網(wǎng)點運營流程優(yōu)化的途徑和措施,為新形勢下寧夏銀行的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,增強核心競爭力提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:As the most direct and the most forward service position for the vast number of customers, the bank grass-roots network is the basis for the expansion of the banking business, the most basic sector unit of the bank, and the place where the bank provides financial services. Not only to provide customers with cash access and transfer and remittance settlement services, but also the overall service image of the bank, corporate culture and business philosophy. It is the most important propaganda service platform for banks. To further improve and optimize the operation process of grass-roots network is the inevitable choice for commercial banks to reduce service costs, improve operational efficiency and enhance external service image. It is also the need of economic development and market competition. It is also an endogenous requirement for commercial banks to pursue transformation and realize the "benefit from management", especially against the background of the current financial disintermediation and the deepening of interest rate marketization. Banks through the grass-roots network to implement process reengineering, reshaping market-oriented, customer-oriented, efficient business process operation, become the domestic banking industry to cope with market competition. The strategic choice to promote business transformation. This paper on the basis of extensive investigation on the current situation of the current operation process of the basic business outlets of Ningxia Bank. After comparing and studying the design and planning of the operation process of commercial banks in domestic advanced medium and small cities, this paper discusses and studies the current situation and problems of the operation process of commercial banks in Ningxia, and attempts to operate from the business. This paper probes into the ways and measures of optimizing the operation process of Ningxia Bank's grass-roots network in the aspects of product sales, operation process and internal control management, which provides a certain reference for the strategic transformation of Ningxia Bank under the new situation and the enhancement of its core competitiveness.
