【摘要】：當前,銀行國際化經(jīng)營已成為銀行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢,自從上世紀八十年代以來,隨著各國政府對金融和外匯管制的不斷放松以及金融自由化政策的實施,金融全球化進程明顯加快,各國銀行業(yè)逐漸放開其海外擴張的步伐,紛紛在境外設(shè)立分支機構(gòu),開發(fā)海外市場與業(yè)務(wù),銀行國際化已成為金融全球化的一個重要表現(xiàn)。 隨著中國市場的日益開放和國民經(jīng)濟的進一步發(fā)展,中國銀行業(yè)也進入了高速發(fā)展的黃金時期,許多銀行紛紛開始籌劃海外擴張計劃,因而對中國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的研究具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在闡述銀行國際化理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國銀行業(yè)目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,首先對中國銀行業(yè)國際化的決定因素做了相關(guān)理論分析以及實證研究,之后從不同方面對國際化的具體選擇進行闡述并結(jié)合實際提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略,即：在市場區(qū)位選擇方面,中國銀行業(yè)應(yīng)以港澳地區(qū)作為窗口,重點發(fā)展亞洲地區(qū)以及國際金融中心市場,對擴張地區(qū)進行謹慎選擇；在路徑上應(yīng)繼續(xù)選擇新設(shè)投資,策略性的進行跨國并購；在分支機構(gòu)形式上以設(shè)立分行為主,有選擇的開設(shè)子行,并且盡快升級代表處；在經(jīng)營上應(yīng)不斷吸取國際經(jīng)驗,在產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)、人才培養(yǎng)、組織管理、風(fēng)險監(jiān)管等方面不斷提高自身實力。
[Abstract]:At present, the internationalization of banking management has become an inevitable trend of banking development, since -20s, with the governments of various countries continue to relax the financial and foreign exchange control and the implementation of financial liberalization policies. The process of financial globalization has been accelerated obviously. The banks of various countries have gradually opened up their overseas expansion and set up branches overseas one after another to develop overseas markets and businesses. Bank internationalization has become an important manifestation of financial globalization. With the opening of the Chinese market and the further development of the national economy, the Chinese banking industry has entered a golden period of rapid development, many banks have begun to plan overseas expansion plans. Therefore, the study of Chinese banking international management strategy has a strong practical significance. On the basis of expounding the theory of banking internationalization and combining with the current development of Chinese banking industry, this paper firstly makes a theoretical analysis and empirical research on the determinants of the internationalization of China's banking industry. Then it expounds the specific choice of internationalization from different aspects and puts forward the corresponding development strategy, that is, in the market location choice, the Chinese banking industry should take Hong Kong and Macao as the window. Focus on the development of the Asian region and the international financial center market, to expand the region to make a careful choice; In the path should continue to choose new investment, strategic cross-border M & A; In the form of branches to set up branches, have a choice to open sub-bank, and as soon as possible to upgrade the representative office; In management, we should constantly absorb international experience and improve our own strength in product business, talent training, organization management, risk supervision and so on.
