【摘要】：近期國際金融危機正是當代資本主義基本矛盾發(fā)展階段性特征的標志,是二戰(zhàn)后矛盾積累的必然結果。1945年至今的60多年中,以美國為首的壟斷資本主義進入了國際超級金融壟斷資本主義新階段,具有與以往不同的七大特征,最基本的就是以金融——虛擬資本國際壟斷并與信息技術壟斷緊密結合而主導經(jīng)濟全球化。經(jīng)過四個時期的發(fā)展,美國的金融膨脹和美元霸權王國,使它必然成為最大的"虛泡王國",爆發(fā)牽動世界的經(jīng)濟危機,加劇三大矛盾,宣告新自由主義理論和政策的破產(chǎn)�，F(xiàn)在世界經(jīng)濟達到了新的轉折點。
[Abstract]:The recent international financial crisis is the symbol of the development stage of the basic contradictions of contemporary capitalism and the inevitable result of the accumulation of contradictions after World War II. It has been more than 60 years since 1945. The monopoly capitalism led by the United States has entered a new stage of international super financial monopoly capitalism, which has seven characteristics different from the past. The most basic is that the international monopoly of finance-virtual capital and closely combined with the monopoly of information technology to dominate economic globalization. After four periods of development, the financial expansion of the United States and the hegemonic kingdom of US dollars. It will inevitably become the biggest "bubble kingdom", break out the economic crisis that affects the world, aggravate the three contradictions, declare the bankruptcy of the neoliberal theory and policy, and now the world economy has reached a new turning point.
