【摘要】：席卷全球的金融風(fēng)暴從金融領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)展到實體經(jīng)濟(jì),從局部地區(qū)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)擴(kuò)展到數(shù)目眾多的發(fā)達(dá)國家。究其根源,是大量投資者購買了與其風(fēng)險承受能力不一致的復(fù)雜金融產(chǎn)品。為了維護(hù)金融安全,促進(jìn)證券市場健康發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)證券市場產(chǎn)品適當(dāng)性管理,需要采取加強(qiáng)投資者風(fēng)險教育,引導(dǎo)投資者購買適合自己的投資產(chǎn)品等措施。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis spread from the financial sector to the real economy, financial institutions expanded from local area to a large number of developed countries. The reason is that a large number of investors to buy complex financial products and risk tolerance is not consistent. In order to maintain financial security, promote the healthy development of the securities market, the securities market to strengthen product suitability the need to strengthen the management, investor risk education, guide investors to buy their own investment products and other measures.
