【摘要】：私募股權基金作為一種現(xiàn)代融資方式,在世界資本市場的舞臺上占有舉足輕重的地位。二十世紀末,國際私募股權機構開始嘗試在中國進行投資,由于政府、經濟等條件的限制,進展速度緩慢。隨著中國資本市場的不斷開放和互聯(lián)網絡在世界范圍內的迅速發(fā)展,私募股權基金通過海外上市獲取豐厚利潤并促進企業(yè)高速發(fā)展的方式越來越受到中國企業(yè)的青睞。同時,私募股權基金的有利于產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級、融資結構改變的特點,促使私募股權基金在中國迅速崛起并在2008年達到高峰。美國次貸危機發(fā)生后,世界各國經濟發(fā)展緩慢,國際私募股權基金的發(fā)展也受到了重挫,這為中國本土私募股權基金的發(fā)展提供了機遇。2009年創(chuàng)業(yè)板的推出,不僅有利于解決中小企業(yè)融資難的問題,同時為本土私募股權基金提供了更加豐富的退出渠道。發(fā)展私募股權基金越來越成為中國資本市場上一種重要的融資手段。 但我國私募股權基金的發(fā)展也存在著制約因素。應不斷完善法律法規(guī)建設,優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境；加快構建退出機制多元化平臺與多層次的資本市場；不斷促進私募股權基金產業(yè)鏈的健全；不斷優(yōu)化政府對私募股權基金的監(jiān)督服務效率,從而使私募股權基金更好的為中國資本市場的發(fā)展服務。 本文首先對我國私募股權基金的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并提出了后危機時代我國私募股權基金發(fā)展的有利于不利因素；重點對國際私募股權基金投資本土企業(yè)的成功與失敗案例的分析和國際私募股權基金與本土私募股權基金投資本土企業(yè)成功案例的對比分析,得出相關結論；最后通過綜合分析,提出我國私募股權基金的未來發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Private equity funds as a new means of financing, occupies an important position in world capital markets. At the end of twentieth Century, the international private equity institutions began to try to invest in Chinese due to the government, economic conditions, progress slowly. With the rapid development of the Internet continues to open up and China capital market in the world within the scope of private equity funds through overseas listing to obtain huge profits and promote the rapid development of enterprises is more and more favored by China enterprises. At the same time, the private equity fund is conducive to the upgrading of the industrial structure, the characteristics of the financing structure changes, to promote private equity funds in China rapidly and reached a peak in 2008 the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis. After the world economy developed slowly, the development of international private equity funds have also been tumbled, it is in this private soil The development of equity fund has provided the opportunity to.2009 the launch of the gem, not only can solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises to provide a more rich exit channels at the same time as the local private equity fund. The development of private equity fund has increasingly become an important means of financing Chinese capital market.
But the development of private equity funds in China. There are also constraints continue to improve laws and regulations, optimize the investment environment; accelerate the construction of the exit mechanism of multi platform and multi level capital market; to promote the sound development of industry chain; optimize the service efficiency of the government supervision of private equity funds, so that private equity fund, better services for the development of the capital market Chinese.
This paper firstly analyzes the development status of China's private equity fund, and put forward the development of private equity funds in the post crisis era the favorable and unfavorable factors; comparative analysis on international private equity fund investment in local enterprises to the success and failure of the case analysis and the international private equity fund and the right of successful local private equity funds invested locally the business case, draw relevant conclusions; finally, through comprehensive analysis, put forward the future development trend of China's private equity fund.
