【摘要】:改革開放以來(lái),雖然我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行逐步脫離了“大一統(tǒng)”時(shí)期的銀行體制,但傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念根深蒂固,資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)與負(fù)債業(yè)務(wù)仍然被作為最重要的業(yè)務(wù)而備受重視。進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)后,特別是經(jīng)歷了金融業(yè)的全面對(duì)外開放,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行面臨著許多挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,國(guó)外優(yōu)秀的商業(yè)銀行不斷進(jìn)入,使我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的客戶群體明顯減少。另一方面,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變、利率市場(chǎng)化腳步的加快以及金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)管力度的增強(qiáng)都對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的傳統(tǒng)存貸業(yè)務(wù)造成了巨大的沖擊。在這種情況下,作為平衡盈利與成本的最佳選擇,中間業(yè)務(wù)得到了我國(guó)銀行界的青睞。早在20世紀(jì)50年代,國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)開始了中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,而其在國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展則是從1986年銀行體制改革開始的。盡管近些年來(lái),中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好,業(yè)務(wù)收入節(jié)節(jié)攀升,但仍然存在許多地方需要改進(jìn)。因此,通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)各方面的分析、研究,得到有建設(shè)性的發(fā)展方式方法具有非常重要的意義。 本文的主體是關(guān)于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略的研究,共分為五章: 第一章:緒論。首先介紹了論文研究的背景和選題意義;然后是文獻(xiàn)綜述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)、外的有關(guān)中間業(yè)務(wù)的文獻(xiàn)理論進(jìn)行了梳理;最后是對(duì)研究的思路、方法及文章創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概述。 第二章:商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)概述。首先對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)的不同概念進(jìn)行了詳盡說(shuō)明;然后,根據(jù)巴塞爾銀行監(jiān)管委員會(huì)、中國(guó)人民銀行、期權(quán)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行劃分;最后對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)以及涉及到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的介紹,為后文有關(guān)的定性和定量分析做好了準(zhǔn)備。 第三章:我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題分析。本章對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)銀行界的中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了定性分析。通過(guò)圖、表、對(duì)比分析等方式,對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)在國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展歷史、必要性和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳盡的描述,同時(shí)也指出了發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的一系列問(wèn)題。為后文的實(shí)證分析做了基礎(chǔ)的鋪墊。 第四章:我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)影響因素實(shí)證分析。本文選取2006年至2012年間,國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)收入以及相關(guān)因素的數(shù)據(jù),建立了固定效應(yīng)面板模型,分別以全國(guó)商業(yè)銀行、國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行、股份制商業(yè)銀行為樣本進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。從定量的角度,深入分析我國(guó)中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展和存在的問(wèn)題。 第五章:我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略建議。根據(jù)第三章的定性分析和第四章的實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,本章節(jié)提出了一些促進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的策略建議,,具有建設(shè)性的意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, although China's commercial banks have gradually separated from the banking system during the period of "unification", the traditional management concept is deeply rooted. Asset business and liability business are still regarded as the most important business. After 21th century, especially after the financial industry opened to the outside world, Chinese commercial banks are facing many challenges on the one hand. Foreign excellent commercial banks continue to enter, which makes the customer group of our commercial banks reduce obviously. On the other hand, the change of the mode of economic development. The acceleration of interest rate marketization and the strengthening of the supervision of financial supervision institutions have caused a huge impact on the traditional deposit and loan business of domestic commercial banks. As the best choice to balance profit and cost, intermediate business has been favored by the banking industry in China. As early as 1950s, foreign commercial banks have begun to develop intermediate business. Although in recent years, the intermediate business development situation is good, business income is rising, but there are still many places to improve. Through the analysis of all aspects of intermediate business of commercial banks in China, it is of great significance to obtain constructive ways and methods of development. The main body of this paper is about the development strategy of intermediate business of commercial banks in China, which is divided into five chapters: Chapter one: introduction. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the thesis. Then there is a literature review, the domestic and foreign literature on intermediary business theory is combed; Finally, the research ideas, methods and innovative points of the article are summarized. Chapter II: commercial bank intermediary business overview. First, the different concepts of intermediary business are explained in detail; Then, according to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, the people's Bank of China, options and risk to divide the intermediary business; Finally, the characteristics of intermediate business and the risks involved are systematically introduced, which is prepared for the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Chapter three: the present situation and problem analysis of intermediate business of commercial banks in our country. This chapter has carried on the qualitative analysis to the development of the intermediate business of the domestic banking circles, through the chart, the table, the contrast analysis and so on. The development history, necessity and present situation of intermediate business in China are described in detail, and a series of problems in the process of development are pointed out. Chapter 4th: empirical analysis of the influencing factors of commercial banks' intermediary business in China. This paper selects the data of domestic commercial banks' intermediate business income and related factors from 2006 to 2012. The fixed effect panel model is established, taking national commercial banks, state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks as samples to conduct empirical analysis and comparative study. Deeply analyze the development and existing problems of intermediate business in our country. Chapter 5th: the development strategy of commercial banks in China. According to the qualitative analysis in Chapter 3 and the empirical results in Chapter 4th. This chapter puts forward some strategic suggestions to promote the development of intermediate business of commercial banks in China, which is of constructive significance.
