【摘要】：當前，伴隨著綜合國力的提升，中國在國際社會中的影響日漸突出，與國際社會的交流也日益增多，而口譯在其中扮演著不可或缺的角色。然而在口譯過程中，特別是在英譯漢的交替?zhèn)髯g中，譯員卻經常會遇到英語長難復雜句的翻譯困難，造成源語信息缺失，翻譯不暢等問題，違背了忠實性、流暢性和即時性的口譯原則，，進而影響口譯質量。 本文是一篇英譯中交替?zhèn)髯g任務的實踐報告，所描述的口譯任務是筆者在2014年中國（北京）國際服務貿易交易會中，為參加本次交易會藝術展覽的展商提供的陪同翻譯和交替?zhèn)髯g。其中，作者重點選取了香港參展商約翰所做的關于中國古代龍袍和絲綢制品展示的英文講話作為本文的案例分析對象，旨在分析筆者在此次英譯漢交替?zhèn)髯g的任務中所做的準備，以及在完成此次口譯任務中所遇到的各類問題，尤其是筆者在現(xiàn)場翻譯一些英語長難復雜句的時候碰到的各種困難，并針對這些問題探討相應的口譯策略和解決方案。
