【摘要】： 中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)總體向好,中國(guó)作為制造業(yè)大國(guó)的地位已經(jīng)十分明朗,在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的影響力日漸增強(qiáng)。但是中國(guó)制造業(yè)發(fā)展仍然存在諸多問(wèn)題,突出表現(xiàn)為附加值低、利潤(rùn)率低、單位能耗產(chǎn)出率低;產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的呼聲不斷高漲。有專(zhuān)家指出我國(guó)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展不足,已經(jīng)影響到服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的支持。而產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的本質(zhì)是指生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)向具有高附加值的價(jià)值鏈兩端發(fā)展,實(shí)際上就是發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)。 論文通過(guò)解析產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性理論、全球價(jià)值鏈理論和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的分類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)各類(lèi)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行清晰界定之后,以無(wú)錫工業(yè)博覽園為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)與韓國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展升級(jí)的對(duì)比研究得出生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)證明無(wú)錫建設(shè)無(wú)錫工業(yè)博覽園的合理性。在此基礎(chǔ)上以?xún)r(jià)值鏈管理為方法,將無(wú)錫整體視為一個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主體,以促進(jìn)無(wú)錫產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)為目標(biāo),論證無(wú)錫工業(yè)博覽園的功能構(gòu)成,再通過(guò)歸納總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外的規(guī)劃建設(shè)實(shí)例確定各功能片區(qū)的建設(shè)規(guī)模。最后落實(shí)到中觀(guān)層面,以?xún)r(jià)值鏈管理的理念確定產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的延伸并以此為依據(jù)確定無(wú)錫工業(yè)博覽園的功能關(guān)系、布局原則、規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)。 最終結(jié)論則將無(wú)錫工業(yè)博覽園項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐與論文前半部分的理論解析進(jìn)行辨證研究,總結(jié)無(wú)錫工業(yè)博覽園的規(guī)劃要點(diǎn),并以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)延伸,以期對(duì)將來(lái)類(lèi)似的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)與借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:China's economy is generally improving. China's position as a manufacturing power is already very clear, and its influence in the world economic system is increasing day by day. However, there are still many problems in the development of China's manufacturing industry, which are characterized by low added value, low profit margin and low output rate per unit energy consumption, and the call for industrial upgrading is rising. Some experts pointed out that the development of producer services in China is insufficient, which has affected the support of service industry to the development of manufacturing industry. The essence of industrial upgrading refers to the development of productive activities to both ends of the value chain with high added value, in fact, the development of producer services. By analyzing the competitive theory of industrial park, the theory of global value chain and the classification standard of producer services, this paper clearly defines all kinds of producer services parks, takes Wuxi Industrial Expo Park as the research object, and obtains the development characteristics and development basis of producer services through the comparative study with the industrial development and upgrading of South Korea, and at the same time proves the rationality of building Wuxi Industrial Expo Park. On this basis, taking the value chain management as the method, taking Wuxi as a whole as a competitive subject and promoting the upgrading of Wuxi industry as the goal, this paper demonstrates the functional composition of Wuxi Industrial Expo Park, and then determines the construction scale of each functional area by summing up the planning and construction examples at home and abroad. Finally, at the meso level, the extension of the industrial chain is determined by the concept of value chain management, and the functional relationship, layout principle and planning structure of Wuxi Industrial Expo Park are determined on the basis of the concept of value chain management. Finally, the project practice of Wuxi Industrial Expo Park and the theoretical analysis of the first half of the paper are studied dialectically, and the planning points of Wuxi Industrial Expo Park are summarized, and on this basis, the appropriate extension is carried out, in order to provide guidance and reference for the planning and construction of similar producer services park in the future.
