【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的飛速發(fā)展,會展業(yè)作為新型的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動效益十分明顯。但中國目前的會展行業(yè)水平較發(fā)達(dá)國家差距明顯,會展人才缺口較大。本文通過探討義烏會展經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其人才需求,針對地域內(nèi)的實際情況,力爭對現(xiàn)有會展人才培養(yǎng)體系提出新的想法和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration, the exhibition industry, as a new type of tertiary industry, produces economic driving benefits. However, the level of exhibition industry in China is obviously different from that in developed countries. Through discussing the present situation of exhibition economy development and talent demand in Yiwu, aiming at the actual situation in the region, this paper tries to put forward new ideas and suggestions to the existing exhibition talents training system.
