【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的蓬勃發(fā)展、人民生活水平的不斷提高,大跨工業(yè)廠房、侯機(jī)大廳、會(huì)展中心、劇院、體育場(chǎng)館等大型工業(yè)、公共建筑不斷涌現(xiàn),大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu)得到了前所未有的飛速發(fā)展,并且獲得了廣泛地應(yīng)用。 索膜結(jié)構(gòu)體系是一種新型的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式,由于其大部分構(gòu)件均是承受拉力,因此具有受力合理性、高效性以及造型新穎獨(dú)特等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。近年來(lái),這種結(jié)構(gòu)形式越來(lái)越受到工程界的關(guān)注,無(wú)論是在建筑小品還是大跨結(jié)構(gòu)中都會(huì)展現(xiàn)出巨大的應(yīng)用前景。 本文結(jié)合寶安體育場(chǎng)屋蓋的施工監(jiān)測(cè)工作,對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入研究,具體工作內(nèi)容如下: (1)在廣泛查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,回顧膜結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的發(fā)展歷程,介紹索膜結(jié)構(gòu)的概念、分類及特點(diǎn),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外膜結(jié)構(gòu)研究狀況和進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了介紹。 (2)應(yīng)用Strand 7軟件對(duì)屋蓋索結(jié)構(gòu)的安裝過程進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)仿真分析,分析不同施工工況對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果指導(dǎo)施工工序。 (3)詳細(xì)介紹了該屋蓋索結(jié)構(gòu)的整個(gè)施工過程及施工監(jiān)測(cè)過程,并將實(shí)測(cè)應(yīng)力、位移監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)與模擬數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行列表分析,保證施工的安全進(jìn)行。 (4)介紹了一種基于懸鏈線索形理論的求解拉索高精度靜力狀態(tài)的無(wú)迭代方法,并將其應(yīng)用于寶安體育場(chǎng)徑向索索力的求解,對(duì)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行列表比對(duì),驗(yàn)證了該方法求得的索力值與理論值偏差較小,對(duì)施工具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。 最后,總結(jié)證明了張拉徑向索的施工方法、計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)的應(yīng)用以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)力、位移的監(jiān)測(cè)有效地指導(dǎo)整個(gè)施工過程,保證該工程安全、順利完成。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of our country's economic construction and the continuous improvement of the people's living standards, large industrial buildings, such as large industrial buildings, concierge halls, convention and exhibition centers, theatres, stadiums and stadiums, have sprung up, and public buildings have continued to emerge. Long-span space structure has been developed at an unprecedented speed and widely used. Cable-membrane structure system is a new type of building structure, because most of its members are subjected to tensile force, so it has the advantages of force rationality, high efficiency and novel and unique shape. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to this form of structure, both in architectural sketches and long-span structures will show a huge application prospects. Combined with the construction monitoring work of Baoan Stadium, this paper makes a deep study on it. The specific contents are as follows: (1) based on the extensive reference to relevant literature, the development of membrane structure building is reviewed. This paper introduces the concept, classification and characteristics of cable-membrane structure, and introduces the research status and progress of membrane structure at home and abroad. (2) the installation process of roof cable structure is simulated and analyzed by Strand 7 software, and the influence of different construction conditions on the structure is analyzed. According to the simulation results, the construction procedure is guided. (3) the whole construction process and construction monitoring process of the roof cable structure are introduced in detail, and the measured stress, displacement monitoring data and simulation data are analyzed in order to ensure the safety of construction. (4) an iterative method based on catenary cue-shape theory is introduced to solve the static state of cable with high precision, and it is applied to the solution of radial cable force in Baoan Stadium. It is verified that the deviation between the cable force obtained by the method and the theoretical value is small, which is of certain guiding significance to the construction. Finally, it is proved that the construction method of tension radial cable, the application of computer simulation technology and the monitoring of field stress and displacement can effectively guide the whole construction process and ensure the safety and smooth completion of the project.
