會議型飯店的業(yè)務外包運用研究
[Abstract]:Global economic integration has become the development trend of the world economy. Trade openness, capital cross regional flow, technology sharing are its characteristics, competition and cooperation are its core content. Economic globalization brings opportunities and challenges. Facing challenges, the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the key to its survival and development. Its core competitiveness, how to improve its core competitiveness has become a concern for all enterprises. The internal resources of the enterprise are limited, and the advantages of the enterprise are other. Therefore, the enterprise should put its energy and resources on its best advantage business and outsource its business to the external specialized enterprises or organizations. In order to enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, hotel enterprises also face the same choice in the fierce market competition.
The hotel industry in our country has begun to explore the road of all-round development in the fierce competition. "Functional theme" and "characteristic" have become the trend of development. A large number of functional Hotels with special market positioning should be born, such as conference hotels. Conference hotels have the functions of rooms, catering and entertainment, in addition to traditional hotels. The main thing is that it has professional meeting function. Its core business is conference service. With the increasing exchanges between China and all countries in the world, the exhibition market has developed rapidly. This has brought a stable guest source for the conference hotel and promoted the production and development of the conference hotel.
In recent years, because of the good prospects for the development of the conference hotels, more and more investors have turned their eyes to the conference hotels, and some of the high star hotels have begun to transform into the conference market, which has led to the increasingly fierce competition of the conference hotels. In addition, the small and medium conference hotels have low requirements for hard and soft parts, and the low entry barriers have also prompted many others. In order to cope with the fierce market competition, the conference hotel should outsource its non core non core business with the help of the external professional resources to enhance the comprehensive strength of the hotel and enhance its core competition. Power.
Different types of hotels, their market positioning, customer characteristics and business characteristics will not be the same. At present, the research on the outsourcing of the hotel industry in our country is relatively rich, but it lacks the research on the outsourcing of the hotel itself.
This study takes the conference hotel as the research goal, through the use of literature research method, the research on the domestic and foreign business outsourcing research, the basic theory research and the business outsourcing application research in the hotel industry is reviewed and reviewed carefully. Using the case analysis method and the system analysis method, the market positioning, operation and outsourcing application characteristics of the conference hotel are applied. To analyze and summarize the successful experience of typical cases, and finally put forward innovative suggestions and summaries. This study mainly includes the following 5 parts:
The first part is the introduction, which is mainly about the background, purpose, significance, research method, content and process of the research.
The second part is the definition of related concepts and literature review. It uses literature research method to define the connotation of business outsourcing and Conference Hotel, and gives a brief summary and summary of the research on business outsourcing at home and abroad and the related research on hotel outsourcing. Finally, the characteristics and development status of the conference hotel are analyzed and summarized. Knot.
The third part of our conference hotel outsourcing application background and status, focusing on the typical case - Xi'an National Hotel, specific introduction of the implementation of the Xi'an hotel outsourcing business, and its successful experience analysis and summary.
The fourth part of our conference hotel outsourcing application suggestions, combined with the characteristics of the conference hotel and the successful experience of typical cases, from the outsourcing decision, outsourcing choice, contract signing, relationship management, control system and cultural integration and talent training, the implementation of the specific proposals for the implementation of the conference type hotel outsourcing.
The fifth part is the summary of the research, and makes a brief statement on the innovation and limitations of this research.
