【摘要】：自《南京條約》起,香港成為了英國殖民地,直到1997年7月1日才回到祖國的懷抱�；貧w之后,香港也扮演著一個特別行政區(qū)的角色,實行一國兩制。從地理位置上看,香港是亞太地區(qū)的商業(yè)樞紐,又是通往中國內(nèi)的的大門。在這種特殊的歷史政治背景和得天獨厚的地理位置下,香港會展業(yè)得到很好的發(fā)展,特別是在回歸以后,更進入了一個快速發(fā)展期,目前已經(jīng)成為香港服務(wù)貿(mào)易重要組成部分,享有“亞洲會展之都”的美譽。近年來,隨著廣州、深圳、澳門等地多個大型會展中心的落成,香港會展迎來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。在機遇與挑戰(zhàn)面前,香港會展建筑承載了會展業(yè)的發(fā)展史,與其息息相關(guān)。本文通過對香港會展建筑的起源、發(fā)展過程、發(fā)展特點、發(fā)展趨勢等進行一系列的研究,希望總結(jié)出一份對日后會展建筑的策劃、建設(shè)有實際指導(dǎo)意義的理論體系。 本論文擬分為五章節(jié)對香港會展建筑發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行闡述。 第一章為本文緒論部分,主要從研究對象的界定,研究背景,研究意義與目的以及研究方法與研究框架等幾個方面對于題目做出多方面的解釋與界定。 第二章簡單介紹香港地理概況,香港殖民時期和回歸后的政治經(jīng)濟文化生活。特別記述了香港城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展概略。 第三章時間為線索論述香港會展建筑發(fā)展歷程。 第四章著重分析香港會展建筑及會展場所。它們很好地代表了香港會展建筑發(fā)展的特點。 最后一章則對于全文的論述作出總結(jié),提出香港會展建筑現(xiàn)存的一些問題,探討未來香港會展建筑的發(fā)展趨勢以及需要注意的方面。希望通過思考能對自己的設(shè)計認識有所裨益,也能給他人帶來啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Hong Kong became a British colony from the Treaty of Nanjing and did not return to the motherland until July 1, 1997. After the reunification, Hong Kong also played the role of a special administrative region, the implementation of one country, two systems. Geographically, Hong Kong is the business hub of the Asia-Pacific region and the gateway to China. With this special historical and political background and unique geographical position, the Hong Kong exhibition industry has developed very well, especially after the reunification, it has entered a period of rapid development and has now become an important part of Hong Kong's trade in services. Enjoy the reputation of "Asian convention and exhibition capital". In recent years, with the completion of many large exhibition centers in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Macao and other places, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition has ushered in new challenges. In the face of opportunities and challenges, Hong Kong exhibition buildings bear the history of exhibition industry, closely related to it. Through a series of studies on the origin, development process, development characteristics and development trend of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Building, this paper hopes to sum up a theoretical system of practical guiding significance for the planning and construction of the exhibition building in the future. This thesis is divided into five chapters to expound the development of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Architecture. The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, mainly from the definition of the research object, research background, research significance and purpose, research methods and research framework to make a number of aspects of the interpretation and definition of the topic. The second chapter briefly introduces Hong Kong geography, Hong Kong's political, economic and cultural life during the colonial period and after the handover. A general outline of urban planning and development in Hong Kong is described in particular. The third chapter discusses the development course of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Architecture on the clue of time. Chapter IV focuses on the analysis of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition buildings and venues. They represent the characteristics of the development of exhibition buildings in Hong Kong. The last chapter summarizes the full text, puts forward some existing problems of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Building, discusses the development trend of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Building in the future and points out the aspects to be paid attention to. I hope that thinking can be helpful to my own design understanding, and can also bring inspiration to others.
