【摘要】：面對(duì)環(huán)境污染、資源匱乏和生態(tài)破壞等一系列環(huán)境問題,“綠色環(huán)保、低碳節(jié)能”等設(shè)計(jì)理念勢(shì)在必行。為解決材料資源匱乏,各行各業(yè)開始對(duì)環(huán)保、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新材料進(jìn)行探索研究,開發(fā)與研究綠色和環(huán)保家具成為現(xiàn)代家具產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。作者面對(duì)家具材料的匱乏、低碳節(jié)能觀念的建立、家具材料環(huán)保特性與日俱增的重視、臨時(shí)性聚會(huì)活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的劇增,以及人們對(duì)家具便攜性與趣味性的特殊要求,確立了紙板家具設(shè)計(jì)理論及生產(chǎn)工藝的研究課題。 本論文的研究意義在于通過對(duì)新型家具材料與結(jié)構(gòu)、制作工藝以及其便攜性、趣味性的探討與研究,促進(jìn)家具功能、材料和結(jié)構(gòu)多元化的發(fā)展；促進(jìn)綠色環(huán)保、以人為本和以自然為本并重的設(shè)計(jì)思想的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展；促進(jìn)紙質(zhì)家具機(jī)械化、工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。通過研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)紙板家具設(shè)計(jì)理論與生產(chǎn)工藝以及設(shè)計(jì)制作的創(chuàng)新目標(biāo)。 紙質(zhì)家具可分為紙漿模塑家具、紙管家具、紙纖維家具、紙板家具等幾類。其共同特點(diǎn)是綠色低碳、價(jià)廉物美、節(jié)約資源。紙的原料來源廣泛、易回收、易降解、易加工、可循環(huán)使用等特性,使得紙質(zhì)家具生產(chǎn)成本低、節(jié)約資源、環(huán)境污染小,符合綠色家具設(shè)計(jì)要求。 紙板家具加工制作簡(jiǎn)單,拆卸安裝方便,平板包裝、運(yùn)輸儲(chǔ)存便利,質(zhì)輕便攜等優(yōu)良特性,使其成為21世紀(jì)最新、最敏銳的環(huán)保家具。紙板家具的特性使其非常適用于短期租戶、展覽、聚會(huì)和辦公等臨時(shí)性場(chǎng)所,同時(shí),非常適合于兒童以及時(shí)尚人群使用,具有廣闊的發(fā)展空間。 目前紙板家具設(shè)計(jì)以及生產(chǎn)制作工藝還沒有形成系統(tǒng)理論體系�；诖�,確立本文研究?jī)?nèi)容為：(1)對(duì)紙板家具的設(shè)計(jì)原則、造型和結(jié)構(gòu)等設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)；(2)分析探討和研究紙板家具制作工藝；(3)在理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)兒童趣味組裝家具和幾種不同結(jié)構(gòu)形式紙板家具進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)制作的實(shí)踐,通過實(shí)踐充分體現(xiàn)紙板家具質(zhì)輕便攜、制作簡(jiǎn)單、趣味性強(qiáng)等特性,進(jìn)一步歸納和總結(jié)紙板家具設(shè)計(jì)理論和制作工藝。希望通過本文對(duì)紙板家具設(shè)計(jì)與制作工藝?yán)碚摰奶接懷芯?能夠?yàn)闃I(yè)內(nèi)人士在紙質(zhì)家具的設(shè)計(jì)以及制作方面提供一定有價(jià)值的參考和啟示,對(duì)紙質(zhì)家具實(shí)現(xiàn)批量化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)起推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In the face of a series of environmental problems, such as environmental pollution, resource scarcity and ecological destruction, the design concept of "green environmental protection, low carbon energy saving" is imperative. In order to solve the shortage of material resources, various industries began to explore and study the new materials of environmental protection and sustainable development, and the development and research of green and environment-friendly furniture became the urgent task of the development of modern furniture industry. In the face of the shortage of furniture materials, the establishment of low carbon energy saving concept, the increasing attention to the environmental characteristics of furniture materials, the dramatic increase of temporary gathering places, and the special requirements of people for furniture portability and interest, The design theory and production technology of paperboard furniture are established. The research significance of this paper is to promote the development of furniture function, material and structure through the discussion and research on new furniture material and structure, manufacture technology and its portability and interest, and to promote green environmental protection. The further development of people-oriented and natural-oriented design ideas; promote paper furniture mechanization, industrial production. Through the research, the paper realizes the innovative goal of the design theory, production technology and design and manufacture of paperboard furniture. Paper furniture can be divided into pulp molded furniture, paper pipe furniture, paper fiber furniture, cardboard furniture and other categories. Its common characteristic is green low carbon, low price and good quality, save resources. The raw materials of paper are widely available, easy to recycle, easy to degrade, easy to process and recyclable, which make paper furniture production cost low, resource saving, environmental pollution small, and meet the requirements of green furniture design. Paperboard furniture has the advantages of simple manufacture, convenient disassembly and installation, flat panel packing, convenient transportation and storage, light weight and portability, which makes it the newest and most sensitive environment-friendly furniture in the 21st century. Cardboard furniture features make it very suitable for short-term tenants, exhibitions, parties and office and other temporary places, at the same time, very suitable for children and fashion people, with a wide space for development. At present, paperboard furniture design and production technology has not formed a systematic theoretical system. Based on this, the research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) summarizing the design principles, modeling and structure of paperboard furniture; (2) analyzing and researching the manufacture technology of paperboard furniture; (3) on the basis of theoretical research, The design and manufacture of children's interesting assembled furniture and several different forms of paperboard furniture are carried out. Through the practice, the characteristics of paperboard furniture, such as light weight and portability, simple manufacture, strong interest and so on, are fully reflected. Further summarized and summarized cardboard furniture design theory and production technology. It is hoped that through the discussion of the theory of paperboard furniture design and manufacture technology, the paper can provide some valuable reference and inspiration for the design and manufacture of paper furniture, and realize the mass evaluation of paper furniture.
