【摘要】： 體育運(yùn)動不僅僅是一種競技行為,它是與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緊密聯(lián)系的社會活動。作為一種會展活動,體育運(yùn)動會能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)使生產(chǎn)要素聚集起來,通過要素間的有機(jī)組合,產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),有效推動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。因此,大型體育運(yùn)動會成為當(dāng)今社會關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。 2009年2月,第二十四屆大學(xué)生冬季運(yùn)動會(簡稱大冬會)在哈爾濱舉行。這次體育盛會給哈爾濱帶來了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施得到大幅改善,就業(yè)人數(shù)顯著增加,建筑業(yè)、旅游業(yè)、零售業(yè)等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展得到較大促進(jìn),哈爾濱的城市形象獲得了極大的提升。但是,大冬會結(jié)束之后,要素的聚集程度將逐漸減弱,投資減退、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)減少、旅游人數(shù)下降,這些因素都將對哈爾濱都市圈的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生不利影響。同時(shí),哈爾濱都市圈的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也存在一些結(jié)構(gòu)性問題。因此,在后大冬階段如何避免大冬會的負(fù)面沖擊、促進(jìn)哈爾濱都市圈經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展成為一個(gè)重要課題。 本文采用理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的方法,從分析會展活動的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)著手,在對比其他會展活動的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)哈爾濱大冬會的不足之處。同時(shí),分析了后大冬階段哈爾濱都市圈產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)合哈爾濱都市圈產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,在借鑒其他會展活動后期發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出后大冬階段哈爾濱都市圈產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整策略,為促進(jìn)哈爾濱都市圈經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供建議。
[Abstract]:Sports is not only a kind of competitive behavior, it is closely related to economic development of social activities. As a kind of exhibition activity, the sports meeting can make the production factors gather together in a short time, through the organic combination of the elements, it has a huge economic effect and effectively promotes the economic development. Therefore, the large-scale sports games have become the focus of social concern. In February 2009, the 24 University Winter Games (referred to as the Great Winter Games) was held in Harbin. This sports pageant brings unprecedented development opportunity to Harbin. Infrastructure has been greatly improved, employment has increased significantly, construction, tourism, retail and other related industries have been greatly promoted, Harbin's city image has been greatly improved. However, after the winter meeting, the concentration of elements will gradually weaken, the investment will decrease, the infrastructure construction will decrease, and the number of tourists will drop. All these factors will have a negative impact on the economic development of Harbin metropolitan area. At the same time, the industrial development of Harbin metropolitan area also has some structural problems. Therefore, how to avoid the negative impact and promote the sustainable economic development of Harbin Metropolitan area becomes an important issue in the post-winter period. Based on the analysis of the economic effects of the exhibition activities and the comparison of other exhibition activities, this paper finds out the shortcomings of the Harbin Winter meeting by combining the theory with the empirical method. At the same time, the paper analyzes the present situation of Harbin metropolitan area industry development in the late winter stage. Combined with the problems existing in the industrial development of Harbin Metropolitan area, based on the experience of other exhibition activities, this paper puts forward the industrial adjustment strategy of Harbin Metropolitan Circle in the post-winter stage, which provides suggestions for promoting the economic development of Harbin Metropolitan area.
