【摘要】：當前,在經濟全球化趨勢明顯和競爭加劇的情況下,產業(yè)集群成為了提高競爭力和抗衡能力的有效方式。國內外一大批產業(yè)和區(qū)域都建立起了產業(yè)集群。中山市游樂設施產業(yè)發(fā)展30余年來,從弱小走向強大,已經成為了我國最重要的游樂設施產業(yè)基地,在國際上形成了較大的影響力和號召力,一大批優(yōu)勢企業(yè)成為了知名品牌。中山市政府尤其是港口鎮(zhèn)政府為推動區(qū)域經濟的發(fā)展,致力于產業(yè)集群的形成和努力,不僅將港口鎮(zhèn)定位中國游樂設施生產基地,更是在土地支持、政策支持、會展支持等各方面予以投入和引導。 本文對產業(yè)集群的概念、特征以及形成要素等進行了總結,運用波特“鉆石模型”對中山市游樂設施產業(yè)的現狀以及發(fā)展趨勢進行理論分析,給出培育此集群的途徑或方法：一是建立較長的發(fā)展規(guī)劃；二是構建完整的產業(yè)鏈；三是培養(yǎng)形成完整的人才培養(yǎng)機制；四是促進企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力的提高。 本文的研究有重要的意義。一方面我國產業(yè)集群的研究歷史較短,現有的研究多偏重于理論探討,與國內區(qū)域實踐結合薄弱；另一方面,中山市游樂設施產業(yè)正處于發(fā)展的關鍵時期,產業(yè)集群正在形成之中。 因此,通過本文的研究,一方面豐富國內產業(yè)集群的研究,尤其是產業(yè)集群理論與實踐的結合性研究的豐富化。另一方面,也將在推動中山市游樂設施產業(yè)形成產業(yè)集群,發(fā)展集群功效方面有積極作用。第三,也可以在理論方面為我國政府制定政策提供理論支撐,通過在地區(qū)實行產業(yè)集群措施,推動工業(yè)化水平的提高,加快城市化進程,提高本地企業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:At present, with the trend of economic globalization and the intensification of competition, industrial cluster has become an effective way to improve competitiveness and counterbalance ability. A large number of industries and regions at home and abroad have established industrial clusters. Over the past 30 years, Zhongshan City's amusement facilities industry has become the most important amusement facilities industry base in our country. It has become the most important industry base in our country. It has formed a great influence and appeal power in the world, and a large number of superior enterprises have become well-known brands. In order to promote the development of regional economy, Zhongshan Municipal Government, especially the Hong Kong Town Government, is committed to the formation and efforts of industrial clusters, not only positioning Hong Kong Town as the production base of Chinese amusement facilities, but also supporting the land and policy. This paper summarizes the concept, characteristics and forming elements of industrial cluster. The present situation and development trend of recreation facilities industry in Zhongshan City are analyzed theoretically by using Porter's Diamond Model. The ways or methods of cultivating this cluster are as follows: first, establish a long development plan; second, construct a complete industrial chain; The third is to train and form a complete talent training mechanism, and the fourth is to promote the improvement of enterprises' technological innovation ability. The research in this paper is of great significance. On the one hand, the research history of industrial clusters in China is relatively short, the existing research is mainly focused on theoretical discussion, and the combination with domestic regional practice is weak; on the other hand, the recreation facilities industry in Zhongshan City is in a critical period of development. Therefore, through the research of this paper, we can enrich the research of domestic industrial clusters, especially the enrichment of the combination of theory and practice of industrial clusters. On the other hand, it will also play an active role in promoting the formation of industrial clusters and the development of cluster efficacy in Zhongshan City. Third, we can also provide theoretical support for our government to formulate policies in theory, through the implementation of industrial cluster measures in the region, promote the level of industrialization, accelerate the process of urbanization, improve the competitiveness of local enterprises.
