【摘要】：園林博覽會(huì)在國外已經(jīng)有上百年的歷史傳統(tǒng),在改善城市環(huán)境,提升居民生活品質(zhì),促進(jìn)區(qū)域發(fā)展等方面的作用在很多舉辦城市已經(jīng)得到證明。相比之下,園林博覽會(huì)在中國還是一個(gè)新生事物,但近些年發(fā)展迅速,已經(jīng)成為很多城市建設(shè)和發(fā)展過程中的熱點(diǎn)事件。在短短的十幾年的發(fā)展過程中,國內(nèi)園林博覽會(huì)具有自身發(fā)展的特殊性,由此導(dǎo)致的會(huì)后利用問題也初見端倪。如何避免以展示行業(yè)發(fā)展水平和促進(jìn)交流為初衷的園林博覽園淪為“城市會(huì)展垃圾”,如何確保占有了大量公共資源的園林博覽園最終回歸民生福祉,這是論文研究的基礎(chǔ)和出發(fā)點(diǎn)。 論文以使用表現(xiàn)和使用者評(píng)價(jià)為核心,對(duì)西安、濟(jì)南、深圳三地的園林博覽園進(jìn)行全面、詳盡、系統(tǒng)的社會(huì)調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,掌握了三地園林博覽會(huì)的會(huì)后使用的現(xiàn)況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)分析出國內(nèi)園林博覽園會(huì)后利用的普遍問題和各地的特殊性。進(jìn)一步地,對(duì)已建成的園林博覽園的會(huì)后利用問題提出合理化建議,并對(duì)未來園林博覽會(huì)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一定的參考意見,希望為我國園林博覽會(huì)的專業(yè)實(shí)踐和理論研究起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Garden exposition has a hundred years of historical tradition in foreign countries. It has been proved that the role of the city in improving the urban environment, improving the living quality of the residents and promoting regional development has been proved in many cities. In contrast, the Garden Expo is still a new thing in China, but it has developed rapidly in recent years and has become a lot of urban construction. In the course of the development process, the domestic Garden Expo has its own special development in the course of the development of more than ten years, which leads to the beginning of the problem. How to avoid the "City Exhibition garbage" to avoid the development level of the industry and the promotion of communication, how to ensure the "City Exhibition garbage" The Garden Expo Park, which occupies a large number of public resources, eventually returns to the well-being of the people. This is the basis and starting point of the research.
With the use of performance and user evaluation as the core, the Garden Expo Garden in three places in Xi'an, Ji'nan and Shenzhen is comprehensive, detailed, systematic social investigation and statistical analysis, and the current situation of the three Garden Expo is mastered. On this basis, the general problems of the utilization of the domestic Garden Expo park after the meeting are summarized and analyzed. Further, it puts forward rationalization proposals for the problem of the post meeting utilization of the built Garden Expo Garden, and provides some reference opinions on the planning and construction and sustainable development of the future garden exposition, hoping to play an important role in the professional practice and theoretical research of the Garden Expo.
