大學(xué)生對(duì)上海世博園區(qū)的感知研究

【摘要】:世博會(huì)被稱為是“經(jīng)濟(jì)奧林匹克盛會(huì)”,更是“旅游奧林匹克盛會(huì)”。世博會(huì)對(duì)舉辦國家的巨大效應(yīng)的發(fā)揮根源在于人流的吸引。2010年上海世博會(huì)成功在上海舉辦,上海世博會(huì)成功舉辦的原因是什么?游客對(duì)世博園區(qū)的感知如何?本文選擇大學(xué)生為上海世博園區(qū)感知的主體,通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)查獲取數(shù)據(jù)利用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)工具分析了上海世博園區(qū)大學(xué)生的供給感知,從而了解上海世博園區(qū)的游客感知,為未來上海世博園區(qū)的可持續(xù)利用以及我國會(huì)展區(qū)域規(guī)劃發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒和參考。本文的核心內(nèi)容分為三部分: 第一部分為研究綜述。該部分回顧了世博會(huì)的發(fā)展歷史,明晰了感知的涵義,綜述了感知與世博會(huì)的相關(guān)研究,了解了本文的實(shí)踐歷史和理論研究現(xiàn)狀,確定了本文的理論研究方向和基本邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二部分為實(shí)證研究。介紹了上海世博園區(qū)的規(guī)劃概況,設(shè)計(jì)了8個(gè)公因子,33個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目的上海世博園區(qū)大學(xué)生感知測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系。通過預(yù)調(diào)查驗(yàn)證了調(diào)查問卷的合理性,正式問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)利用SPSS13.0進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)、信度效度、因子分析、相關(guān)分析等,驗(yàn)證了前文大學(xué)生感知測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系的合理性,最后測(cè)算出了上海世博園區(qū)大學(xué)生感知測(cè)評(píng)體系的指標(biāo)權(quán)重與大學(xué)生對(duì)上海世博園區(qū)的總體感知度。 第三部分為探討與總結(jié)。該部分探討了上海世博園區(qū)感知度提升力,分析了上海世博園區(qū)大學(xué)生感知度提升的策略,并總結(jié)了全文的結(jié)論,并提出本研究的不足和展望。 通過以上研究,得到大學(xué)生感知測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系中,游客對(duì)上海世博園區(qū)各項(xiàng)因子的感知度評(píng)價(jià)分值:旅游服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)分?jǐn)?shù)最高,為76.7分,其次是核心吸引物,分值是74.7分,旅游整體形象評(píng)價(jià)分位列第三,評(píng)級(jí)分?jǐn)?shù)最低的為旅游價(jià)格,分值僅為61.7分。大學(xué)生游客對(duì)園區(qū)的總體感知度為70.5分,達(dá)到基本滿意水平,但是上海世博園區(qū)仍有一些需要改進(jìn)的地方。 本研究的不足之處在于本文對(duì)上海世博園區(qū)大學(xué)生感知的測(cè)評(píng)和分析還只是初步的、探索性的,不夠深入和全面;指標(biāo)選取總體軸線以游客評(píng)價(jià)為主導(dǎo),不利于全面把握世博園區(qū)整體脈絡(luò);僅建構(gòu)了大學(xué)生對(duì)上海世博園區(qū)的感知體系,沒有形成感知研究模型等。 未來研究應(yīng)克服以上不足,擴(kuò)大樣本數(shù)量和樣本主體,多元化、全面拓寬世博會(huì)研究角度,深入探討世博園區(qū)感知的各個(gè)元素相互依賴關(guān)系,形成世博園區(qū)感知研究的理論體系。
[Abstract]:The Expo is known as the "Economic Olympic Games", but also the "Tourism Olympic Games". The great effect of the Expo on the host country is rooted in the attraction of the flow of people. In 2010, the Shanghai World Expo was successfully held in Shanghai. What are the reasons for the success of the Shanghai World Expo? What are visitors' perceptions of the Expo site? This paper selects college students as the main body of the perception of Shanghai Expo Park, and analyzes the perception of supply of college students in Shanghai Expo Park by using SPSS13.0 statistical tools to understand the perception of tourists in Shanghai Expo Park. This paper provides some reference for the sustainable utilization of Shanghai Expo Park and the planning and development of exhibition area in China. The core content of this paper is divided into three parts:. The first part reviews the history of the World Expo, clarifies the meaning of perception, summarizes the related research of perception and Expo, and understands the history of practice and the current situation of theoretical research in this paper. The theoretical research direction and basic logic structure of this paper are determined. The second part is an empirical study. It introduces the planning situation of Shanghai Expo Park, designs the evaluation index system of 8 public factors and 33 evaluation items, and verifies the rationality of the questionnaire through pre-investigation. The formal questionnaire data are used for descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, factor analysis, correlation analysis and so on, which verify the rationality of the evaluation index system of college students' perception. Finally, the index weight of the college students' perception evaluation system and the overall perception degree of the college students to the Shanghai Expo Park are calculated. The third part is the discussion and summary. This part discusses the perception of Shanghai Expo Park, analyzes the strategies to enhance the perception of college students in Shanghai Expo Park, summarizes the conclusions of this paper, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this study. Through the above research, we get the evaluation value of the perception degree of the tourists to the factors of Shanghai World Expo Park in the evaluation index system of college students' perception: the tourism service evaluation score is the highest (76.7 points), the second is the core attraction, the score is 74.7 points, the second is the core attraction, the second is the core attraction, the other is the core attraction. Tourism overall image evaluation score ranked third, the lowest rating was tourism price, the score was only 61.7. The overall perception of college students to the park was 70.5, which reached the basic level of satisfaction. But there are still some areas to be improved in Shanghai Expo Park. The deficiency of this study is that the evaluation and analysis of college students' perception in Shanghai Expo Park is only preliminary, exploratory, not thorough and comprehensive; the overall axis of index selection is dominated by tourist evaluation. It is unfavorable to grasp the whole context of the Expo Park; it only constructs the perception system of college students to Shanghai Expo Park, and does not form the perception research model and so on. The future research should overcome the above shortcomings, expand the sample size and sample subject, diversify, broaden the perspective of Expo research, and probe into the interdependence of each element in the Expo site perception. To form a theoretical system for the study of Expo Park perception.
