【摘要】：會(huì)展經(jīng)濟(jì)已成為推動(dòng)云南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新動(dòng)力,對會(huì)展專業(yè)人才形成了巨大市場需求,催生了高校會(huì)展教育及人才的培養(yǎng)。但與之不相適應(yīng)的是云南高校會(huì)展教育在課程設(shè)置及人才培養(yǎng)模式上還存在諸多不足與問題。因此,根據(jù)利益相關(guān)者理論,應(yīng)用主成份分析法,基于對會(huì)展專業(yè)學(xué)生、教師及業(yè)內(nèi)人士的調(diào)查以及他們對會(huì)展課程重要性感知評價(jià),提出優(yōu)化課程設(shè)置、構(gòu)建"縱向差異化,橫向一體化"的會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)模式的建議,以期更好地推動(dòng)云南高校會(huì)展教育發(fā)展,滿足會(huì)展業(yè)人才需求。
[Abstract]:The exhibition economy has become a new driving force to promote the economic development of Yunnan, which has formed a huge market demand for exhibition professionals. It has given birth to university exhibition education and talent training. However, it is not suitable for it that there are still many shortcomings and problems in the curriculum and talent training mode of Yunnan university mice education. Therefore, according to the stakeholder theory, Applying principal component analysis method, based on the investigation of students, teachers and people in the field of exhibition and exhibition, as well as their perception of the importance of exhibition curriculum, the author puts forward the idea of optimizing curriculum setting and constructing "vertical differentiation". In order to promote the development of convention and exhibition education in Yunnan universities and colleges and meet the demand of talents in exhibition industry, the proposal of "horizontal integration" model of exhibition talents training is proposed.
