【摘要】：東莞市科學技術博物館,是國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)的具有東莞特色和現(xiàn)代意義的特大型專題科技館,同時也是深莞惠三地唯一的特大型科技館、“全國科普教育基地”、“國家AAAA級旅游景區(qū)”。在日常工作中,科技館的展品管理工作涉及多個部門協(xié)作,各個環(huán)節(jié)的工作銜接經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)問題,展品的管理比較混亂,急需一套專門用于展品管理的軟件來解決這個問題。 本人多年從事展品的管理工作,本次針對展品管理系統(tǒng)進行需求分析與功能設計,使系統(tǒng)能夠滿足使用者的需求,并具備一定的擴展功能。由于目前國內(nèi)科技館尚未有此類展品管理系統(tǒng),因此本論文的研究對于國內(nèi)各科技館的展品管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)也具有一定的參考意義。 本論文介紹了展品管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項目意義和研究現(xiàn)狀,明確了系統(tǒng)的設計目標,闡述了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方法和相關技術；在需求分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求、功能需求、數(shù)據(jù)需求和非功能需求等進行了分析,給出了系統(tǒng)的活動圖和用例圖,進行了用例描述；在系統(tǒng)設計中,論文對系統(tǒng)的總體架構、功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了設計,功能模塊包括展品臺賬、展品設計、展品采購、展品研發(fā)、展品驗收、展品維護、展臺及人員、展品維護、展品維修、展品外出展覽、展品報廢、系統(tǒng)管理等功能模塊,給出了模塊設計的功能結構圖(包圖)、類圖、順序圖和活動圖,詳細闡述了設計內(nèi)容,并進行了數(shù)據(jù)庫的概念設計和邏輯設計,給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫設計的總體概念類圖和表結構；論文最后對展品管理系統(tǒng)作者所做得研發(fā)工作進行了總結和展望。
[Abstract]:Dongguan Science and Technology Museum is the first special science and technology museum with Dongguan characteristics and modern significance in our country. It is also the only large science and technology museum in Shenguan-Hui three places, "National Science Popularization Education Base". "National AAAA Tourism Scenic spot". In the daily work, the exhibition management of the Science and Technology Museum involves the cooperation of many departments, the work of each link often has problems, and the management of the exhibits is relatively confused. A special set of software for exhibits management is urgently needed to solve this problem. I have been engaged in the management of exhibits for many years, the exhibits management system for the demand analysis and functional design, so that the system can meet the needs of users. Because there is no such exhibit management system in domestic science and technology museum at present, the research of this paper has some reference significance for the development of exhibits management system of each science and technology museum in China. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and research status of the exhibits management system, defines the design objectives of the system, and expounds the development methods and related technologies of the system. In the requirement analysis, the paper analyzes the business requirements, the functional requirements, the data requirements and the non-functional requirements of the system, gives the activity diagram and use case diagram of the system, and describes the use cases. In the system design, the paper designs the overall structure of the system, functional modules, database, including exhibits account, exhibits design, exhibits procurement, exhibits research and development, exhibits acceptance, exhibit maintenance. Booth and staff, exhibit maintenance, exhibit maintenance, exhibits out exhibition, exhibits scrapping, system management and other functional modules, the module design of the functional structure diagram (package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram). The design content is described in detail, and the conceptual design and logical design of database are carried out, and the general concept class diagram and table structure of database design are given. In the end, the author summarizes and prospects the research and development work done by the author of the exhibits management system.
