【摘要】：作為異軍突起的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的一個(gè)分支,會(huì)議和展覽業(yè)是個(gè)關(guān)聯(lián)度高、影響面廣、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益大的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。會(huì)展業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)化、全球化的產(chǎn)物。當(dāng)代中國(guó)的會(huì)展業(yè)起步于20世紀(jì)80年代開始,當(dāng)時(shí)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)正處在一個(gè)重要的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,參與各種國(guó)際交流的機(jī)會(huì)逐漸增多。在30多年的發(fā)展歷程中,我國(guó)會(huì)展業(yè)經(jīng)歷了恢復(fù)、積累和迅速發(fā)展的幾個(gè)階段。目前在我國(guó),會(huì)展業(yè)已經(jīng)具有一定的規(guī)模,但相對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)外的市場(chǎng)需求及發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的會(huì)展業(yè)而言,依然不夠成熟。在會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展中,政府扮演著非常重要的角色。本文主要通過(guò)回顧整個(gè)會(huì)展業(yè)特別是中國(guó)會(huì)展的歷史,從政治學(xué)和行政學(xué)的角度來(lái)分析中國(guó)會(huì)展業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,尤其是中國(guó)政府在會(huì)展業(yè)發(fā)展中扮演的角色及存在的問題。此外,本文通過(guò)借鑒西方國(guó)家“會(huì)展強(qiáng)國(guó)”的經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其是其中政府的推動(dòng)作用,提出當(dāng)代中國(guó)政府在會(huì)展業(yè)的職能應(yīng)該如何轉(zhuǎn)變的建議。
[Abstract]:As a branch of the emerging tertiary industry, the conference and exhibition industry is a new industry with high correlation, wide influence and great economic benefits. The convention and exhibition industry is a market-oriented economy. The product of globalization. The exhibition industry of contemporary China started in 1980s, when China's economic construction was in an important period of transition. In the more than 30 years of development, the exhibition industry of our country has experienced several stages of recovery, accumulation and rapid development. At present, it is in our country. The exhibition industry has a certain scale, but relative to the domestic and foreign market demand and developed countries, the exhibition industry is still not mature. In the development of the exhibition industry. The government plays a very important role. This paper analyzes the present situation of the exhibition industry in China from the perspective of political science and administration by reviewing the history of the exhibition industry in China especially in China. In particular, the role of the Chinese government in the development of the exhibition industry and the existing problems. In addition, by learning from the experience of western countries, especially the role of the government in promoting the development of the exhibition industry. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to change the functions of the Chinese government in the exhibition industry.
