【摘要】：當(dāng)前，超市在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和居民生活中的地位越來越重要，，很多超市不斷擴(kuò)大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)營規(guī)模來增加客流量，憑借雄厚的資本實(shí)力以及消費(fèi)者的信賴，超市愈發(fā)成為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈不可或缺的組成部分。在國家有關(guān)政策的支持以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通實(shí)踐的要求下，以超市為核心的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈方興未艾。 在上述背景下，本文提出了以超市為核心的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的組織架構(gòu)并對(duì)其穩(wěn)定機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析研究。引言部分對(duì)本文研究的意義、方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行了說明，并對(duì)國內(nèi)外該領(lǐng)域的研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和評(píng)價(jià)。第二章在論述國外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上闡述了為何要建立以超市為核心的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈并分析了當(dāng)前我國該種模式的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈在發(fā)展中存在的問題。第三章論述了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的內(nèi)涵和影響因素。第四章從供應(yīng)鏈成員準(zhǔn)入、合作關(guān)系、利益分配、信息共享和物流體系建設(shè)等方面論述了超市主導(dǎo)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定機(jī)制。第五章分別從超市和政府角度提出保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的政策和建議。 通過分析，本文得出以下結(jié)論：1、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的內(nèi)涵包括各主體符合供應(yīng)鏈準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、主體間合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)固、利益分配合理、物流順暢以及信息充分共享四個(gè)方面；2、建立信任關(guān)系和約束機(jī)制能夠促進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈各主體形成更穩(wěn)固的合作關(guān)系；3、應(yīng)從明確利益分配涵義，設(shè)計(jì)分配流程，采取分配措施等方面構(gòu)建合理的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈利益分配機(jī)制。4、從構(gòu)建信息共享機(jī)制以及建設(shè)物流體系等方面建立有效的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈資源共享與流動(dòng)體系。 本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新之處在于：1、研究角度的深入，本文明確提出了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的內(nèi)涵。2、研究內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)新，本文針對(duì)以超市為核心的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈在穩(wěn)定性方面存在的問題，以穩(wěn)定性內(nèi)涵為主線構(gòu)建了穩(wěn)定機(jī)制，提出了保障以超市為核心的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, supermarkets play a more and more important role in the economic development and residents' life of our country. Many supermarkets continue to expand the management scale of agricultural products to increase customer flow. With strong capital strength and consumer trust, supermarkets have become an indispensable part of agricultural product supply chain. With the support of relevant national policies and the requirements of agricultural products circulation practice, the agricultural product supply chain with supermarket as the core is in the ascendant. Under the above background, this paper puts forward the organizational structure of agricultural product supply chain with supermarket as the core and analyzes and studies its stability mechanism. The introduction explains the significance, methods and innovations of this study, and summarizes and evaluates the research results in this field at home and abroad. The second chapter, on the basis of discussing the development course and characteristics of foreign agricultural product supply chain, expounds why to establish the agricultural product supply chain with supermarket as the core, and analyzes the problems existing in the development of this kind of agricultural product supply chain in our country at present. The third chapter discusses the connotation and influencing factors of agricultural supply chain stability. The fourth chapter discusses the supermarket-led agricultural supply chain stability mechanism from the aspects of supply chain member access, cooperative relationship, benefit distribution, information sharing and logistics system construction. The fifth chapter puts forward the policies and suggestions to ensure the stability of agricultural supply chain from the perspective of supermarket and government. Through the analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) the connotation of the stability of the agricultural supply chain includes four aspects: the main body conforms to the supply chain access standard, the cooperative relationship between the main bodies is stable, the benefit distribution is reasonable, the logistics is smooth and the information is fully shared. (2) the establishment of trust relationship and restraint mechanism can promote the formation of a more stable cooperative relationship among the main bodies of the agricultural product supply chain; 3. Reasonable benefit distribution mechanism of agricultural products supply chain should be constructed from the aspects of defining the meaning of benefit distribution, designing distribution process and taking distribution measures. 4. An effective resource sharing and flow system of agricultural products supply chain should be established from the aspects of constructing information sharing mechanism and constructing logistics system. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: 1, with the deepening of the research angle, this paper clearly puts forward the connotation of the stability of the agricultural product supply chain. 2, the innovation of the research content, aiming at the problems existing in the stability of the agricultural product supply chain with supermarket as the core, this paper constructs the stability mechanism with the stability connotation as the main line, and puts forward some policy suggestions to ensure the stability of the agricultural product supply chain with the supermarket as the core.
