【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)生產(chǎn)不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步，采購在企業(yè)活動(dòng)中的地位越來越高，甚至已經(jīng)成為決定企業(yè)競爭成敗的關(guān)鍵因素，因此提高采購效率對企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。然而傳統(tǒng)采購以及目前應(yīng)用較為廣泛的供應(yīng)鏈采購等采購模式由于其自身局限性，，已經(jīng)漸漸無法滿足日益復(fù)雜多變的市場要求。企業(yè)亟需一種更為先進(jìn)的采購模式，云環(huán)境下采購模式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。云環(huán)境下采購憑借其多樣性、隨機(jī)性、海量性等特點(diǎn)能最大限度的滿足用戶需求，而且具有大批量、隨機(jī)性的分配能力，能夠?yàn)椴少徤烫峁┍憬萦行У牟少徢馈１疚囊栽浦圃鞛榛A(chǔ)，主要研究了云環(huán)境下采購模式以及采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評估，為云交易平臺用戶進(jìn)行采購和識別規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供一定的方法和手段。 首先，本文介紹了云環(huán)境下采購的相關(guān)理論及概念，包括云制造的概念特征及優(yōu)勢，采購模式的分類及各自特點(diǎn)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法的相關(guān)介紹，為之后云環(huán)境下采購模式的構(gòu)建及采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的綜合評價(jià)奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次，根據(jù)云環(huán)境的特征建立云環(huán)境下的采購模式，具體有結(jié)構(gòu)組成、采購流程分析以及模式中信息平臺和交易平臺的特征描述。再次，依次識別云采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響因素，據(jù)此建立云環(huán)境下采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)體系，結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(ANP)構(gòu)建云環(huán)境下采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)模型，運(yùn)用Super Decisions軟件計(jì)算各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素權(quán)重，最終得到云環(huán)境下采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)權(quán)重排序。最后，以廣州聯(lián)酷網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司為例，通過分析其云購商城的云采購模式，并運(yùn)用本文第4章所構(gòu)造的采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)模型對其進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)，得出評價(jià)結(jié)果并對其進(jìn)行分析，能使企業(yè)獲取信息更加全面，為企業(yè)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估及決策提供了參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of social production, procurement plays a more and more important role in enterprise activities, and even becomes the key factor to determine the success or failure of enterprise competition. Therefore, it is very important to improve procurement efficiency for the survival and development of enterprises. However, traditional procurement and supply chain procurement, which are widely used at present, have been unable to meet the increasingly complex and changeable market requirements due to their own limitations. Enterprises are in urgent need of a more advanced procurement model, which comes into being under the cloud environment. With the characteristics of diversity, randomness, sea quantity and so on, procurement in cloud environment can meet the needs of users to the maximum extent, and it has the ability of distributing in large quantities and randomness, which can provide buyers with convenient and effective procurement channels. Based on cloud manufacturing, this paper mainly studies the procurement model and the evaluation of procurement risk in cloud environment, which provides a certain method and means for cloud trading platform users to purchase and identify risk aversion. Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant theories and concepts of procurement in cloud environment, including the concept characteristics and advantages of cloud manufacturing, the classification and respective characteristics of procurement models, and the introduction of network analysis method. It lays a foundation for the construction of procurement model and the comprehensive evaluation of procurement risk under the cloud environment. Secondly, according to the characteristics of cloud environment, the procurement model under cloud environment is established, which includes structure composition, procurement process analysis and feature description of information platform and trading platform in the model. Thirdly, the influencing factors of cloud procurement risk are identified in turn, according to which the purchasing risk index system under cloud environment is established, and the evaluation model of procurement risk under cloud environment is constructed by combining network analysis method (ANP), and the weight of each risk factor is calculated by using Super Decisions software. Finally, the weight ranking of purchasing risk indicators under cloud environment is obtained. Finally, taking Guangzhou Lianku Network Co., Ltd as an example, by analyzing the cloud purchase mode of its cloud shopping mall, and using the procurement risk evaluation model constructed in chapter 4 of this paper, the author makes a comprehensive evaluation of the cloud purchase model, and obtains the evaluation results and analyzes the results. Can make the enterprise obtain the information more comprehensive, provides the reference and the basis for the enterprise to carry on the risk assessment and the decision-making.
