基于云保險機制的云服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈契約設(shè)計與策略研究

【摘要】:云計算的快速發(fā)展為新興服務(wù)業(yè)帶來了全新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),由云服務(wù)集成提供商、云服務(wù)顧客以及云服務(wù)功能提供商組成的云服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈需要更多的理論支撐,以提高整體的運作效率。考慮到云服務(wù)中斷事件的偶發(fā)性和破壞性,云服務(wù)集成提供商一方面可以通過有效的契約設(shè)計實現(xiàn)其期望收益的最大化,另一方面也可以通過投保云保險,將云服務(wù)中斷風(fēng)險轉(zhuǎn)移給云保險機構(gòu)。 本文在對云計算服務(wù)相關(guān)實踐現(xiàn)狀進行剖析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對云計算風(fēng)險控制和損失補償、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)契約、營業(yè)中斷保險和網(wǎng)絡(luò)保險等方面相關(guān)研究的梳理總結(jié),提煉出本文的主要研究內(nèi)容,在建立契約模型的基礎(chǔ)上,通過比較靜態(tài)分析和數(shù)值仿真分析兩種方法,對引入云保險機制前、云服務(wù)集成提供商為其自身投保云保險和云服務(wù)集成提供商為云服務(wù)顧客投保云保險三種情境下的策略選擇問題進行了探討。 本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),首先,在一定的參數(shù)關(guān)系下,三種問題情境下的契約模型都存在均衡解,即云服務(wù)集成提供商和云服務(wù)顧客均可參考本模型的結(jié)果采取最優(yōu)策略;其次,損失補償比例作為一個關(guān)鍵的參變量,在不同的云服務(wù)中斷風(fēng)險下,對云服務(wù)集成提供商、云服務(wù)顧客的最優(yōu)決策和期望收益或期望效用產(chǎn)生不同的影響;再次,相比于引入云保險機制前,云服務(wù)集成提供商為其自身投保云保險會使其成為唯一的受益方,其期望收益的增加量與損失補償比例、云服務(wù)顧客的安全效用感知系數(shù)有關(guān);除此之外,在一定的云服務(wù)中斷風(fēng)險下,云服務(wù)集成提供商為其顧客投保云保險可以使雙方受益,該云保險類型的優(yōu)勢在此時尤為明顯。本文得到的研究結(jié)論,在一定程度上豐富了云服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈契約理論,并給予云服務(wù)集成提供商許多管理啟示,同時,為云保險市場的興起奠定一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of cloud computing brings new opportunities and challenges to the emerging services industry. The cloud service supply chain composed of cloud service integration providers, cloud service customers, and cloud service function providers needs more theoretical support. In order to improve the overall operational efficiency. Given the occasional and disruptive nature of cloud service outages, cloud service integration providers can maximize their expected benefits through effective contract design and, on the other hand, by insuring themselves with cloud insurance. Transfer cloud service disruption risk to cloud insurance institutions. Based on the analysis of the current situation of cloud computing service practice, this paper summarizes the related research on cloud computing risk control and loss compensation, supply chain coordination contract, business interruption insurance and network insurance, etc. The main research contents of this paper are extracted. On the basis of establishing contract model, by comparing two methods of static analysis and numerical simulation analysis, before the introduction of cloud insurance mechanism, Cloud service integration providers insure themselves with cloud insurance and cloud service integration providers insure cloud insurance for cloud service customers. In this paper, we find that, firstly, under certain parameter relations, there are equilibrium solutions in the three problem situations, that is, both cloud service integration providers and cloud service customers can take the optimal strategy according to the results of the model. Secondly, the loss compensation ratio, as a key parameter, has different effects on the optimal decision-making and expected profit or expected utility of cloud service integration providers and cloud service customers under different cloud service interruption risks. Again, compared to the cloud insurance mechanism before the introduction of the cloud insurance mechanism, cloud service integration providers will become the only beneficiary of cloud insurance for themselves, with the increase in expected revenue and the ratio of compensation for loss, The security utility perception coefficient of cloud service customers is related; In addition, with certain cloud service disruption risks, cloud service integration providers can benefit both parties by insuring their customers with cloud insurance, and the benefits of this type of cloud insurance are particularly evident at this time. The conclusion of this paper enriches the contract theory of cloud service supply chain to a certain extent, and gives a lot of management enlightenment to cloud service integration providers. At the same time, it lays a certain theoretical foundation for the rise of cloud insurance market.
