供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下企業(yè)間的知識共享機制研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟和信息技術的快速發(fā)展,為了提高生產(chǎn)效率和降低成本,同時也為了能夠快速滿足消費者的需求,供應鏈上的企業(yè)獨自運行和創(chuàng)新的模式已經(jīng)被替代,一起協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的模式逐漸被許多的供應鏈企業(yè)所采納。而一般對供應鏈進行管理,其目的就是使供應鏈上相對獨立的企業(yè)相互結成聯(lián)盟,共同管理,增加企業(yè)利率,提升供應鏈的運營效率。因此,供應鏈上的企業(yè)都必須以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新目標基準,攜手合作,共同創(chuàng)新。但是供應鏈上的企業(yè)在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新合作中如何進行知識共享就成為一個難以解決的問題。不同于一般的企業(yè)知識共享,供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的知識共享具有企業(yè)的跨度,是不同企業(yè)之間的知識共享,,比單一企業(yè)知識共享更具備難度。 本文通過文獻資料法,對供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下企業(yè)間知識共享的研究進行整理,分類總結形成研究綜述,作為之后研究的理論基礎。而后探討了供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下企業(yè)間進行知識共享的模式,得出知識共享的兩個主要組成部分,即知識挖掘和知識轉移。同時,針對供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下,詳細地分析了供應鏈企業(yè)間的知識挖掘和知識轉移。隨后,通過對供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下企業(yè)間知識共享進行了博弈分析,分析出了供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下企業(yè)間進行知識共享的影響因素。最后,總結了供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下企業(yè)間知識共享的機制,包括知識共享的基礎建設、組織結構、激勵機制、企業(yè)文化以及知識共享績效評價體系,并繪制了供應鏈協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下企業(yè)間知識共享的整體結構圖。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and information technology, in order to improve production efficiency and reduce costs, but also to meet the needs of consumers quickly, enterprises in the supply chain have been replaced by the mode of operation and innovation on their own. The mode of collaborative innovation is gradually adopted by many supply chain enterprises. Generally, the purpose of supply chain management is to make the relatively independent enterprises in the supply chain form an alliance, manage together, increase the interest rate of the enterprise, and improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain. Therefore, enterprises in the supply chain must work hand in hand and innovate according to the goal of collaborative innovation. However, it is difficult to solve the problem of how to share knowledge in collaborative innovation and cooperation among enterprises in supply chain. Different from the common enterprise knowledge sharing, the knowledge sharing of supply chain collaborative innovation has the span of the enterprise, it is the knowledge sharing between different enterprises, and it is more difficult than the single enterprise knowledge sharing. In this paper, the research on knowledge sharing among enterprises under the environment of supply chain collaborative innovation is sorted out and summarized by literature, which is the theoretical basis of the future research. Then, the mode of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain collaborative innovation environment is discussed, and two main components of knowledge sharing, namely knowledge mining and knowledge transfer, are obtained. At the same time, the knowledge mining and knowledge transfer among supply chain enterprises are analyzed in detail under the environment of supply chain collaborative innovation. Then, through the game analysis of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain collaborative innovation environment, the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain collaborative innovation environment are analyzed. Finally, the mechanism of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain collaborative innovation environment is summarized, including knowledge sharing infrastructure, organizational structure, incentive mechanism, corporate culture and knowledge sharing performance evaluation system. And draw the whole structure chart of knowledge sharing among enterprises under the environment of supply chain collaborative innovation.
