面向績效管理的企業(yè)業(yè)績評價發(fā)展研究綜述

【摘要】:在閱讀業(yè)績評價的文獻之后,歸納業(yè)績評價的發(fā)展進程可以歸納為五個階段,首先是業(yè)績評價建議階段,這一階段主要是對業(yè)績評價原則和企業(yè)業(yè)績評價系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建單純地提供建議;第二個階段就是第一指標(biāo)業(yè)績評價階段,僅使用單一指標(biāo)進行業(yè)績評價;第三個階段是業(yè)績評價框架發(fā)展階段,在業(yè)績評價指標(biāo)選取的基礎(chǔ)上,形成了結(jié)構(gòu)型業(yè)績評價框架和程序型業(yè)績評價框架;第四個階段是業(yè)績評價系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展階段,將結(jié)構(gòu)型和程序型業(yè)績評價框架結(jié)合在一起,形成業(yè)績評價系統(tǒng);最后一個階段就是組織間業(yè)績評價發(fā)展階段,這一階段擴大了業(yè)績評價的范圍,從企業(yè)內(nèi)部的業(yè)績評價發(fā)展為組織間的業(yè)績評價,并介紹了供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)績評價系統(tǒng)和擴展性的企業(yè)業(yè)績評價系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:After reading the literature on performance evaluation, the development process of performance evaluation can be summarized into five stages, first of all, the performance evaluation recommendation stage. The main purpose of this stage is to provide simple suggestions on the principles of performance evaluation and the construction of enterprise performance evaluation system. The second stage is the first indicator performance evaluation phase, using only a single indicator for performance evaluation; The third stage is the development stage of the performance evaluation framework. Based on the selection of performance evaluation indicators, a structured performance evaluation framework and a procedural performance evaluation framework are formed. The fourth stage is the development stage of the performance evaluation system, which combines the structural and procedural performance evaluation framework to form a performance evaluation system; The last stage is the development stage of inter-organizational performance evaluation, which expands the scope of performance evaluation from intra-enterprise performance evaluation to inter-organization performance evaluation. The paper also introduces the supply chain performance evaluation system and the enterprise performance evaluation system based on extensibility.
