【摘要】：國(guó)際大宗商品價(jià)格的劇烈波動(dòng),將極大影響我國(guó)企業(yè)特別是抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力普遍較弱的中小企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)以及銷售活動(dòng),破壞市場(chǎng)的穩(wěn)定性及可預(yù)見性。中小企業(yè)要想生存發(fā)展,國(guó)家政府的宏觀調(diào)控,產(chǎn)業(yè)、財(cái)稅、資金、技術(shù)等優(yōu)惠政策的扶植以及行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的指導(dǎo),信息實(shí)時(shí)提供等各方努力是必不可少的。在此基礎(chǔ)上,中小企業(yè)也應(yīng)積極進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型,依托技術(shù)進(jìn)步,優(yōu)化庫(kù)存管理,開展適度的套期保值業(yè)務(wù),構(gòu)建基于整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈層面的共同抗險(xiǎn)機(jī)制,從而最大可能地降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:The sharp fluctuation of international commodity prices will greatly affect the production and operation activities and sales activities of Chinese enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized enterprises which are generally weak in resistance to risks, thus undermining the stability and predictability of the market. In order to survive and develop small and medium-sized enterprises, national government macro-control, industry, taxation, capital, technology and other preferential policies, as well as the guidance of trade associations, real-time information supply and other efforts are essential. On this basis, small and medium-sized enterprises should also actively carry out industrial upgrading and transformation, rely on technological progress, optimize inventory management, carry out appropriate hedging business, and build a common risk-resisting mechanism based on the whole supply chain level. As a result, the risk is minimized as much as possible.
