【摘要】：在對(duì)跨國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的動(dòng)因、關(guān)鍵成功因素以及供應(yīng)鏈合作結(jié)構(gòu)的文獻(xiàn)回顧基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)中、德印刷產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)接合作,選擇MBO、曼羅蘭、萊默爾E+L、界龍集團(tuán)、大連盛道等企業(yè)作為對(duì)象進(jìn)行跨案例研究。研究明確了中德印刷產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈合作的框架與合作方式,分別確定出了縱向合作結(jié)構(gòu)與橫向合作結(jié)構(gòu)下各自對(duì)接合作關(guān)鍵成功因素。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature review on the motivation, key success factors and supply chain cooperation structure of multinational industrial cooperation, aiming at the docking cooperation between China and Germany printing industry, we choose MBO, Roland, Lemer E Land, Jielong Group, etc. Dalian Shengdao and other enterprises as the object of cross-case study. In this paper, the framework and mode of supply chain cooperation in printing industry between China and Germany are clarified, and the key success factors of the cooperation under vertical cooperation structure and horizontal cooperation structure are determined respectively.
