【摘要】：以供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本為關(guān)注點(diǎn),探討其對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈整合的影響,以及環(huán)境不確定性的調(diào)節(jié)作用。對(duì)220家公司的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析結(jié)果顯示:注重供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本建立的公司在供應(yīng)鏈整合上更易達(dá)到顯著效果;環(huán)境不確定性在供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本與供應(yīng)鏈整合關(guān)系中起重要調(diào)節(jié)作用:環(huán)境不確定性會(huì)促進(jìn)關(guān)系維對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈整合的作用,會(huì)阻礙結(jié)構(gòu)維對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈整合的作用,對(duì)認(rèn)知維與供應(yīng)鏈整合關(guān)系的影響未得到體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Focusing on the social capital of supply chain, this paper discusses its influence on supply chain integration and the adjustment of environmental uncertainty. The results of a questionnaire survey on 220 companies show that the companies that pay attention to the establishment of social capital in supply chain are more likely to achieve significant results in the integration of supply chain; Environmental uncertainty plays an important role in regulating the relationship between supply chain social capital and supply chain integration: environmental uncertainty can promote the role of relational dimension in supply chain integration and hinder the role of structural dimension in supply chain integration. The impact on the relationship between cognitive dimension and supply chain integration has not been reflected.
