產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈配置集成優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:隨著客戶需求多樣化和市場競爭愈加激烈,企業(yè)需要通過供應(yīng)商之間的專業(yè)化協(xié)作來應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn),供應(yīng)鏈管理成為企業(yè)核心戰(zhàn)略之一。串行模式下以模塊化為基礎(chǔ)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)決定了整個供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)成并影響供應(yīng)鏈運作性能,企業(yè)必須構(gòu)建相應(yīng)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)來匹配產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)。隨著供應(yīng)商越來越多參與到企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)過程中,供應(yīng)鏈也會對產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和性能產(chǎn)生影響。產(chǎn)品全生命周期和并行工程理論促進(jìn)了面向供應(yīng)鏈的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計概念,它強(qiáng)調(diào)產(chǎn)品和供應(yīng)鏈的并行、集成設(shè)計,以達(dá)到全局優(yōu)化的目的。在此背景下本文展開產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈配置集成優(yōu)化方法的探討與研究,為產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和供應(yīng)鏈及供應(yīng)商決策提供技術(shù)支撐。產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)決定供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)與性能,供應(yīng)商通過提供零部件的內(nèi)部特征差異影響產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)性能,基于兩者的相互關(guān)系,本文從概念模型、優(yōu)化設(shè)計模型與實例應(yīng)用等方面展開具體研究,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,闡述了論文的研究背景、面向供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計的概念與方法、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化設(shè)計相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,給出論文的主要研究內(nèi)容和論文整體結(jié)構(gòu)。其次,探討了產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈相互影響關(guān)系,從系統(tǒng)的角度建立產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化方法概念模型;從產(chǎn)品生命周期的角度,以產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)演化為基礎(chǔ),對產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行分類研究,并提出面向不同生產(chǎn)方式的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法。最后,建立不同類型產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化設(shè)計模型,基于改進(jìn)的NSGAII遺傳算法,設(shè)計集成優(yōu)化設(shè)計模型求解方法和程序編寫調(diào)試,并對求解結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和討論,驗證集成優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法的可行性和實用性。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of customer demand and the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises need to meet the challenges through the professional cooperation between suppliers. Supply chain management has become one of the core strategies of enterprises. The product structure based on modularization in serial mode determines the composition of the whole supply chain and affects the operation performance of the supply chain. Enterprises must construct the corresponding supply chain network to match the product structure. As suppliers become more and more involved in business processes, supply chains will also have an impact on product structure and performance. The theory of product life cycle and concurrent engineering promotes the concept of product design oriented to supply chain. It emphasizes the concurrent and integrated design of product and supply chain in order to achieve the goal of global optimization. Under this background, this paper discusses and studies the integrated optimization method of product structure and supply chain configuration, which provides technical support for product structure, supply chain and supplier decision. The product structure determines the supply chain structure and performance. The supplier influences the performance of the product system by providing the internal characteristics of the parts. Based on the relationship between the two, this paper starts with the conceptual model. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the background of this paper, the concept and method of supply chain design, are introduced. The research status of product structure and supply chain integrated optimization design at home and abroad, the main research contents and the overall structure of the paper are given. Secondly, the relationship between product structure and supply chain is discussed, and the conceptual model of product structure and supply chain integration optimization method is established from the point of view of system. From the point of view of product life cycle, based on the evolution of product structure, this paper classifies the integrated optimization method of product structure and supply chain, and puts forward the optimization design method of product structure and supply chain integration for different production modes. Finally, the integrated optimization design model of different types of product structure and supply chain is established. Based on the improved NSGAII genetic algorithm, the solution method and programming of the integrated optimization design model are designed and debugged, and the results are analyzed and discussed. Verify the feasibility and practicability of the integrated optimization design method.
