考慮工序外包的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度及其合作博弈研究

【摘要】：隨著B2B商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的日漸復(fù)雜，供應(yīng)鏈中各利益方之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作機(jī)遇并存。在考慮生產(chǎn)商將部分工序外包給第三方代工商的生產(chǎn)模型設(shè)定中，本文研究多個(gè)生廠商和第三方代工商之間通過(guò)合作調(diào)度，，實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃全局優(yōu)化的可能。本文使用的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型中，目標(biāo)成本函數(shù)為生產(chǎn)窗口預(yù)訂成本和在制品庫(kù)存成本的加和。其中，生產(chǎn)窗口的預(yù)訂成本非線性，通過(guò)模擬普通生產(chǎn)窗口和加班生產(chǎn)窗口的不同價(jià)格，將其設(shè)定為已知的分段函數(shù)；在制品庫(kù)存成本使用加權(quán)流水時(shí)間表示。針對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃問(wèn)題，本文給出了使用貪心法和動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃聯(lián)合求解最優(yōu)解的算法。進(jìn)一步的，針對(duì)本文模型中涉及的合作博弈問(wèn)題，給出了一組均衡解的分配原則。最后，本文使用一組具體的實(shí)例對(duì)文中算法進(jìn)行了模擬，模型的優(yōu)化效率達(dá)25%。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of B2B business network, competition and cooperation opportunities exist among all stakeholders in the supply chain. In consideration of the production model setting in which manufacturers outsource some processes to a third party, this paper studies the possibility of global optimization of production planning by cooperative scheduling between multiple manufacturers and third-party agents. In the production planning model used in this paper, the target cost function is the sum of the production window reservation cost and the WIP inventory cost. Among them, the cost of production window is nonlinear, by simulating the different prices of common production window and overtime production window, the production window is set as a known piecewise function, and the cost of in-process inventory is expressed by weighted pipelining time. For the production planning problem, this paper presents an algorithm for solving the optimal solution by using greedy method and dynamic programming. Furthermore, for the cooperative game problem in this model, we give a set of equilibrium solution allocation principles. Finally, a set of concrete examples are used to simulate the algorithm in this paper, and the optimization efficiency of the model is 25%.
