寧波二百發(fā)展模式研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)百貨業(yè)由傳統(tǒng)百貨商店向現(xiàn)代新型百貨公司轉(zhuǎn)型并獲得快速發(fā)展,但2008年的金融危機(jī)使我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和零售業(yè)受到較大沖擊,百貨業(yè)陷入發(fā)展緩慢期,然而,我國(guó)GDP仍然保持著高速發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),城市化加速推行,社會(huì)保障機(jī)制持續(xù)改善,且“十八大”提出到2020年實(shí)現(xiàn)居民收入比2010翻一番的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),所有這些無(wú)疑正推動(dòng)著我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)需求、消費(fèi)動(dòng)力不斷提升,我國(guó)百貨業(yè)還有著巨大的成長(zhǎng)空間。面對(duì)這一機(jī)遇期,百貨企業(yè)如何布局自己的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、選擇發(fā)展模式,成為一個(gè)至關(guān)重要的課題。出于這樣的宏觀環(huán)境影響,本文對(duì)寧波二百發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了研究。首先,文章分析了我國(guó)百貨業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與面臨的主要問(wèn)題,提出了本文的研究目的與研究意義;其次,論文對(duì)零售、零售業(yè)及百貨業(yè)的概念做了界定,并介紹了零售百貨業(yè)和組織發(fā)展模式選擇方面的相關(guān)理論;然后,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外百貨業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及成功模式進(jìn)行了解析,這為寧波二百的有關(guān)問(wèn)題的分析提供了一個(gè)借鑒框架;再次,文章比較分析了寧波二百發(fā)展過(guò)程存在的失策之處和現(xiàn)階段公司存在的主要問(wèn)題,然后運(yùn)用PEST法、百貨企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵成功要素法分析歸納出影響寧波二百發(fā)展的影響因素,接著運(yùn)用AHP法對(duì)寧波二百擴(kuò)張發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行定量了分析。最后針對(duì)寧波二百開(kāi)展連鎖加盟模式提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。本研究的主要結(jié)論主要有:第一,近些年,雖然寧波二百取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但是其經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)遠(yuǎn)低于同行業(yè)平均水平。第二,導(dǎo)致寧波二百經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)較差的原因是其一直保持單體店經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。第三,寧波二百突破發(fā)展瓶頸的重要方向是選擇連鎖加盟發(fā)展模式。第四,寧波二百開(kāi)展連鎖加盟模式,具體可以從供應(yīng)鏈信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理、自有品牌建設(shè)與物流配送體系等方面展開(kāi)實(shí)施。本文研究不但對(duì)于寧波二百未來(lái)發(fā)展模式具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,而且對(duì)于未來(lái)中國(guó)百貨業(yè)發(fā)展模式的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型也具有重要的參考和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the department store industry of our country has changed from the traditional department store to the modern new department store and gained rapid development. However, the financial crisis of 2008 has greatly impacted our economy and retailing, and the department store industry has fallen into a period of slow development. China's GDP still maintains a high speed of development, urbanization is accelerated, social security mechanism continues to improve, and the "18th National Congress" put forward the strategic goal of doubling the resident income ratio of 2010 by 2020. All of these are undoubtedly promoting the consumption demand of urban and rural residents in our country, and the consumption power is rising constantly, and the department store industry of our country still has huge growth space. In the face of this opportunity period, how to layout their own development strategy and choose the development model has become a crucial issue. In view of this macro-environmental impact, this paper studies the development model of Ningbo 200. First of all, the article analyzes the current situation and main problems of the development of the department store industry in China, and puts forward the purpose and significance of the research. Secondly, the paper defines the concepts of retail, retail and department stores, and introduces the relevant theories on the choice of retail department stores and organizational development models. Then, the development course, the future development trend and the successful mode of the department store industry at home and abroad are analyzed, which provides a reference framework for the analysis of Ningbo 200's related problems. Thirdly, the article compares and analyzes the mistakes in the development process of Ningbo 200 and the main problems existing in the company at the present stage, and then applies the PEST method. The key factors of success in the development of department store enterprises are analyzed and the influencing factors of Ningbo 200 development are summed up. Then the AHP method is used to quantitatively analyze the expansion pattern of Ningbo 200. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for Ningbo 200 chain joining mode. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first, although Ningbo 200 has made great progress in recent years, its operating performance is far lower than the average level of the same industry. Second, the cause of Ningbo 200 poor operating performance is that it has maintained a single store business model. Third, Ningbo 200 breakthrough development bottleneck of the important direction is to choose the chain to join the development model. Fourth, Ningbo 200 chain joining mode can be implemented from the aspects of supply chain information system construction, supplier relationship management, private brand construction and logistics distribution system. This study not only has important guiding significance for Ningbo 200 future development model, but also has important reference value for the strategic transformation of the future Chinese department store industry development model.
