基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的制造企業(yè)IT-業(yè)務(wù)匹配度評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the global information age, the competition among enterprises is not only in the supply chain, such as products, services, but also extends to the competition between the degree of information. Information construction not only plays a supporting role to the business operation, but also reduces the operation cost and improves the competitiveness of the enterprise. One of the key points of enterprise informatization is to evaluate the match between information technology and enterprise business, which is also a hot spot in the field of information system research. It can improve the successful application of IS/IT to enterprises. Improving the effectiveness of investment is of great significance. This paper attempts to study the matching evaluation from the two levels of strategic matching and tactical matching, and tactical matching includes three dimensions: structural matching, process matching and functional matching. Based on these four dimensions, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of enterprise IT- business matching, combines the decision laboratory method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of decision-making experiment, and evaluates the problem of matching degree of IT- business effectively. Firstly, the research background and significance of IT- service matching evaluation are described in the first chapter. The second chapter reviews the relevant research on the evaluation of IT- traffic matching degree at home and abroad, and mainly expounds the factors that affect the IT- traffic matching degree. Secondly, the third chapter defines the concept of IT- business matching, constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise IT- business matching degree based on the previous research, from strategic matching, process matching, Structure matching and function matching are four dimensions to measure the matching degree of enterprise IT- business. The initial index system is modified to ensure the internal consistency of the index system and the final evaluation index system is obtained. On the basis of the evaluation index system, this paper innovatively combines the decision-making laboratory method with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, constructs the DEMATEL-FuzzyLogic evaluation method, and applies it to the evaluation of enterprise IT- business matching for the first time. It has theoretical and practical significance for guiding enterprises to evaluate IT- business matching degree effectively. Thirdly, in the fourth chapter, the weight of the index system is calculated and analyzed. According to the opinion of the experts, the weight of the first-order index and the second-class index are calculated according to the DEMATEL method. Finally, the fifth chapter is a case study. The evaluation index system and evaluation method of IT- business matching degree are applied to RL Elevator (China) Co., Ltd., which verifies the scientific nature and validity of the index system and evaluation method. It lays a foundation for the popularization and application of IT- business matching evaluation index system and evaluation method.
