【摘要】：在客戶(hù)退貨情境下的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈中,時(shí)間價(jià)值對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)決策和績(jī)效具有較大的影響。系統(tǒng)仿真和數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,在產(chǎn)品使用壽命周期內(nèi),對(duì)于時(shí)間敏感的產(chǎn)品,制定合理的退貨處理累計(jì)時(shí)間具有相當(dāng)?shù)慕?jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。無(wú)論對(duì)于何種使用壽命周期模式的產(chǎn)品,累計(jì)時(shí)間、退貨率和價(jià)格衰減因子是影響系統(tǒng)績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵因素。高退貨率和高價(jià)格衰減會(huì)顯著削弱系統(tǒng)利潤(rùn),而選擇合適的累計(jì)時(shí)間,通過(guò)對(duì)缺陷退貨產(chǎn)品的集中處理,降低的處理成本會(huì)在一定程度抵消產(chǎn)品價(jià)格衰減對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響,從而提高供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)利潤(rùn)。
[Abstract]:In the closed-loop supply chain with customer return, the time value has a great influence on the decision and performance of the supply chain system. The system simulation and data analysis show that it is of considerable economic value to make a reasonable cumulative return time for time-sensitive products in the product life cycle. The cumulative time, the return rate and the price attenuation factor are the key factors affecting the system performance, regardless of the service life cycle model. High return rate and high price attenuation will significantly weaken the system profits, and select the appropriate cumulative time, through the centralized processing of defective return products, the reduced processing costs will offset the impact of product price attenuation on the system to a certain extent. Thus increasing the profit of supply chain system.
