基于工程供應(yīng)鏈的L公司采購管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球一體化進(jìn)程的加快,尤其是中國加入WTO后的快速發(fā)展,中國的工程建筑業(yè)市場已經(jīng)進(jìn)入相對成熟期。通常,工程建筑設(shè)備和材料成本占整體項目總成本的50%-70%,設(shè)備和材料的質(zhì)量、供應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)時性又直接影響到項目的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量。因此,做好物資采購管理對于工程企業(yè)來說,是一項關(guān)系企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的重要工作。當(dāng)前,工程建筑業(yè)普遍呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值高、利潤低,行業(yè)競爭激烈的態(tài)勢,工程企業(yè)為了公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須提高對采購管理工作重要性的認(rèn)識,加強采購的工作效率,減少采購過程中的成本。 本文是以L公司為研究對象,基于工程供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、工程供應(yīng)鏈的采購管理理論研究背景下,結(jié)合L公司的實際情況,對其采購管理的優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究。文章首先詳細(xì)闡述了工程供應(yīng)鏈及其管理的概念和模型結(jié)構(gòu),采購管理及相關(guān)的理論和方法,并結(jié)合工程供應(yīng)鏈模式下采購管理的特點進(jìn)行研究。接著,在了解L公司采購內(nèi)部管理和外部供應(yīng)商管理的現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,分析了L公司采購管理及供應(yīng)商管理中存在的主要問題。最后,結(jié)合L公司采購管理的問題,運用工程供應(yīng)鏈管理及采購管理的相關(guān)理論,針對性地提出L公司采購管理和供應(yīng)商管理的優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, especially the rapid development of China's entry into WTO, China's engineering construction market has entered a relatively mature period. Usually, the cost of construction equipment and materials account for 50-70% of the total cost of the whole project. The quality of equipment and materials, and the punctuality of supply directly affect the progress and quality of the project. Therefore, it is an important work for engineering enterprises to do well in material procurement management for the survival and development of enterprises. At present, the engineering construction industry generally presents the situation of high output value, low profit and fierce competition in the industry. For the sustainable development of the company, engineering enterprises must improve their understanding of the importance of purchasing management and strengthen the efficiency of procurement. Reduce costs in the procurement process. In this paper, based on the theory of engineering supply chain management and the background of procurement management theory of engineering supply chain, this paper studies the optimization of procurement management of L Company in combination with the actual situation of L Company. In this paper, the concept and model structure of engineering supply chain and its management, purchasing management and related theories and methods are expounded in detail, and the characteristics of procurement management in engineering supply chain are studied. Then, on the basis of understanding the current situation of procurement internal management and external supplier management in L company, the main problems in procurement management and supplier management of L company are analyzed. Finally, combining with the problem of purchasing management of company L, the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of procurement management and supplier management of company L by using the theory of engineering supply chain management and procurement management.
