【摘要】：正"新零售"實(shí)質(zhì)上是一種模式上的創(chuàng)新,是我國流通業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)到現(xiàn)代、從粗放到集約的突破口,是解決當(dāng)前我國流通業(yè)所面臨難題、創(chuàng)造嶄新商業(yè)模式、提高流通業(yè)活力的一把鑰匙,"新零售"應(yīng)當(dāng)成為引領(lǐng)第四次世界零售業(yè)革命的骨干力量。討論"新零售"需要確立四個(gè)前提第一,不要就零售講零售,既要立足于零售,又要跳出零售,把零售放入國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的全局,與生產(chǎn)、分配、交換、消費(fèi)相結(jié)合。第二,以零售業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和變革為突破口來探究大流通和大市場,即商流、物流、信息流、資金流的一體化。
[Abstract]:In essence, "New Retail" is an innovation in mode, a breakthrough from traditional to modern, from extensive to intensive, to solve the problems facing the circulation industry in our country and to create a new commercial model. New retailing should become the backbone of the fourth world retail revolution. To discuss "new retailing", it is necessary to establish four presuppositions. First, we should not talk about retailing. We should not only base ourselves on retailing, but also jump out of retailing, put retailing into the overall situation of national economy and combine it with production, distribution, exchange and consumption. Secondly, the innovation and reform of retailing are the breakthrough points to explore the integration of large circulation and market, that is, commercial flow, logistics, information flow and capital flow.
