【摘要】：近年來，，隨著圖書行業(yè)的不斷開放和市場化運(yùn)營，圖書產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場競爭日趨激烈。這種轉(zhuǎn)變不僅體現(xiàn)在企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上更趨網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、集約化和柔性化，而且體現(xiàn)在更重視商流、物流、資金流和信息流一體化的供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)，還體現(xiàn)在信息技術(shù)、電子商務(wù)及物流系統(tǒng)的革新創(chuàng)造。物流作為第三利潤源越來越受到各行業(yè)的重視。配送中心作為物流系統(tǒng)的節(jié)點(diǎn)和樞紐，能夠充分發(fā)揮物流作為第三利潤源的作用，降低成本和提高效益，從而保證整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的順暢平穩(wěn)，增強(qiáng)圖書產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的市場競爭力。 本文以圖書配送中心的業(yè)務(wù)流程為研究對象，運(yùn)用Petri網(wǎng)來對業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行建模、分析和優(yōu)化，找出流程中不合理的環(huán)節(jié)，并加以優(yōu)化改進(jìn)，從而提高圖書配送中心的運(yùn)作效率和降低運(yùn)作成本，具有重要的理論研究價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。 首先，本文從國內(nèi)外對配送中心、業(yè)務(wù)流程及Petri網(wǎng)研究的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，介紹了課題研究的背景和意義，對本文的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了整理和總結(jié)，為下文建模及優(yōu)化分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。 其次，本文對圖書配送中心的業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了剖析。介紹了圖書配送中心的含義及特點(diǎn)，并對圖書配送中心的管理及運(yùn)作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。 再次，基于上文對圖書配送中心業(yè)務(wù)流程的分析，介紹了運(yùn)用Petri網(wǎng)進(jìn)行建模的原理及思路，使用Murata的六種簡化規(guī)則來驗(yàn)證模型的正確性，并且對模型的時(shí)間性能進(jìn)行了分析，同時(shí)，提出了模型的優(yōu)化方法。 接著，針對JFS圖書配送中心業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀，分析了其業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作流程，建立了業(yè)務(wù)流程圖，并使用Petri網(wǎng)對現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了建模。在驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性后，通過Petri網(wǎng)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣找出模型中存在的同步環(huán)節(jié)和沖突環(huán)節(jié)，并對其提出了優(yōu)化措施。同時(shí)，計(jì)算模型的時(shí)間性能指標(biāo)，通過對比分析模型優(yōu)化前后的整體運(yùn)行時(shí)間，來證明模型優(yōu)化的有效性，從實(shí)證角度闡述了本文的實(shí)踐意義。 最后，在總結(jié)全文的同時(shí)，也提出了文章中存在的不足之處及需進(jìn)一步研究的思路和方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous opening and market-oriented operation of the book industry, the market competition of the book industry is becoming increasingly fierce. This change is reflected not only in a more networked, intensive and flexible enterprise development strategy, but also in a supply chain service that pays more attention to the integration of business flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow, as well as in information technology. Innovation and creation of e-commerce and logistics system. Logistics, as the third profit source, is paid more and more attention by various industries. As the node and hub of the logistics system, the distribution center can give full play to the role of logistics as the third profit source, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, so as to ensure the smooth and smooth supply chain and enhance the market competitiveness of the book industry chain. This paper takes the business process of the book distribution center as the research object, uses Petri net to model, analyzes and optimizes the business process, finds out the unreasonable link in the process, and optimizes and improves it. Therefore, it has important theoretical research value and practical significance to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operating cost of the book distribution center. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on distribution center, business process and Petri net, and summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper. For the following modeling and optimization analysis laid the foundation. Secondly, this paper analyzes the business status of book distribution center. This paper introduces the meaning and characteristics of book distribution center, and analyzes the management and operation status of book distribution center. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the business process of the book distribution center above, this paper introduces the principles and ideas of modeling using Petri net, validates the correctness of the model by using six simplified rules of Murata, and analyzes the time performance of the model. At the same time, the optimization method of the model is proposed. Then, according to the present situation of the business process of JFS book distribution center, this paper analyzes its business operation process, establishes the business flow chart, and uses Petri net to model the existing business process. After the correctness of the model is verified, the synchronization and conflict links in the model are found through the Petri net association matrix, and the optimization measures are put forward. At the same time, the time performance index of the model is calculated, and the validity of the model optimization is proved by comparing and analyzing the whole running time before and after the model optimization. The practical significance of this paper is expounded from the empirical point of view. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text, also puts forward the shortcomings of the article and the need for further research ideas and directions.
