【摘要】：正在快速發(fā)展、廣泛應(yīng)用的信息技術(shù)給企業(yè)的生存和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)帶來(lái)了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。設(shè)備信息化是管理企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容,而設(shè)備的采購(gòu)是供應(yīng)鏈的源頭。實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈從供應(yīng)商到部門用戶的信息共享及參與流程管理,整合供應(yīng)鏈管理中的采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、分銷和客戶服務(wù),是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)采購(gòu)管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化的必由之路。不僅降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)支出成本,同時(shí)也可以為設(shè)備供應(yīng)鏈中合作伙伴創(chuàng)造不可估量潛在價(jià)值。本文以太原鍋爐集團(tuán)設(shè)備采購(gòu)為背景,通過(guò)調(diào)研分析采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)總體業(yè)務(wù)需求和功能需求。充分利用集團(tuán)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),科學(xué)、高效的解決系采購(gòu)供應(yīng)鏈上各部門之間的統(tǒng)籌計(jì)劃、數(shù)據(jù)接口及信息共享。根據(jù)需求分析,利用以J2EE技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了先進(jìn)、安全、高效的設(shè)備采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)用戶權(quán)限管理、供應(yīng)商信用檔案管理、采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理和綜合信息管理等功能,對(duì)采購(gòu)設(shè)備流程進(jìn)行有效的控制和跟蹤,基本滿足了設(shè)備采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)基本需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, it brings great challenges to the survival and competition of enterprises. Equipment informatization is an important part of management information construction, and equipment procurement is the source of supply chain. It is the only way for enterprises to realize the network and informationization of purchasing management by sharing information from suppliers to department users and participating in process management and integrating purchasing, production, distribution and customer service in supply chain management. It not only reduces the cost of operating expenses, but also creates incalculable potential value for the partners in the equipment supply chain. Based on the equipment purchase of Taiyuan Boiler Group, this paper analyzes the total business requirement and function requirement of purchasing business system. Making full use of the group information network platform, the scientific and efficient solution is the overall planning, data interface and information sharing among the various departments in the purchasing supply chain. According to the requirement analysis, the advanced, safe and efficient equipment purchasing management system is designed by using J2EE technology. The functions of user authority management, supplier credit file management, purchasing business management and comprehensive information management are realized, and the process of purchasing equipment is effectively controlled and tracked, which basically meets the basic requirements of equipment procurement business.
