【摘要】：摘要：目前,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于快速轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。受需求疲軟的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)、持續(xù)低迷的固定資產(chǎn)投資和不斷調(diào)整的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響,各行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)對(duì)物流的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展形勢(shì)持保守樂觀立場(chǎng)。物流企業(yè)需要加快企業(yè)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)物流業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。 2013年物流運(yùn)行具有兩個(gè)特點(diǎn)：規(guī)模速度穩(wěn)中偏弱,轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)步伐加快。企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)物流業(yè)務(wù)則出現(xiàn)營(yíng)業(yè)額與毛利雙雙大幅下降趨勢(shì)。在這一背景下,本文通過分析A企業(yè)物流業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀及當(dāng)前存在的問題,深入剖析市場(chǎng)需求變化對(duì)企業(yè)出現(xiàn)的問題的影響,分析造成市場(chǎng)需求變化的外部環(huán)境因素與有利于企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)拓展的內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素。對(duì)企業(yè)核心業(yè)務(wù)、非核心業(yè)務(wù)、未來(lái)商機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)分別提出陸鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)進(jìn)出口轉(zhuǎn)關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建、LNG卡車與加汽站的配套發(fā)展、智能化跨境接駁運(yùn)輸?shù)目刂葡到y(tǒng)、供應(yīng)鏈卡車商貿(mào)金融的創(chuàng)新摸索、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在保稅物流領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。從而幫助企業(yè)有效地改善當(dāng)前物流業(yè)務(wù)存在的問題,從而提高企業(yè)的訂單處理效率、減少安全事故率、節(jié)約運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、提高運(yùn)輸時(shí)效、減少碳排放量、加快資金周轉(zhuǎn)；為傳統(tǒng)物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供寶貴的借鑒意義；同時(shí),對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的振興具有重要的時(shí)代意義。 論文的研究結(jié)果表明：企業(yè)在面臨競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力問題時(shí),應(yīng)加快業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的步伐；結(jié)合外部市場(chǎng)的需求、企業(yè)內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢(shì)、及行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),通過業(yè)務(wù)拓展來(lái)優(yōu)化企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源能力,提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),使企業(yè)獲得持續(xù)的業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)能力,保持穩(wěn)定的增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)與較高的利潤(rùn)。
[Abstract]:Abstract: at present, China's economy is in a critical period of rapid transformation. Affected by the weak demand in the international market, the persistent downturn of fixed asset investment and the constantly adjusting industrial structure, enterprises in various industries take a conservative and optimistic view on the situation of logistics business development. Logistics enterprises need to accelerate the transformation of enterprise development mode and further promote the transformation and upgrading of logistics industry. The logistics operation in 2013 has two characteristics: the speed of scale is steady and weak, and the pace of transformation and upgrading is accelerated. The traditional logistics business appeared turnover and gross profit both significantly downward trend. Under this background, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of logistics business in enterprise A, and deeply analyzes the influence of the change of market demand on the problems that appear in the enterprise. This paper analyzes the external environmental factors which cause the change of market demand and the internal environmental factors which are favorable to the business expansion of enterprises. For the core business, non-core business and future business opportunities of enterprises, respectively, the construction of import and export business platform, the matching development of LNG truck and gas station, the intelligent control system of cross-border connection and transportation are put forward. The innovation of truck trade finance in supply chain and the application of mobile internet in bonded logistics field. In order to help enterprises to effectively improve the current logistics business problems, so as to improve the order processing efficiency, reduce the safety accident rate, save operating costs, improve transport efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, speed up the flow of funds; It provides valuable reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional logistics enterprises, and also has important significance for the revitalization of modern logistics industry in China. The research results show that enterprises should accelerate the pace of business transformation in the face of competitive pressure, combine the demand of external market, the internal advantages of enterprises, and the development trend of the industry. Through the business expansion to optimize the internal resource ability of the enterprise, improve the competitive advantage of the enterprise, make the enterprise obtain the sustained business growth ability, maintain the stable growth situation and higher profit.
