【摘要】：本文論述睿迪公司面向其工程監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)管理而開(kāi)發(fā)的管理信息系統(tǒng)中的物資管理子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),以軟件工程開(kāi)發(fā)管理過(guò)程為主線(xiàn)對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行了論述。 該系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的主要目的是解決在工程物資管理中如何實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的統(tǒng)一配置與優(yōu)化管理問(wèn)題,對(duì)此采用物資管理和供應(yīng)鏈管理的概念與方法作為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)。圍繞該主題,論文首先介紹了該系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用的背景情況,該系統(tǒng)在管理理念和軟件技術(shù)方面的基礎(chǔ)等內(nèi)容。然后討論系統(tǒng)的功能分析,著重論述了該系統(tǒng)的基本業(yè)務(wù)功能及其關(guān)系,針對(duì)物資監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)的管理功能、采購(gòu)供應(yīng)管理功能、庫(kù)存管理功能、設(shè)備管理功能等,給出了每項(xiàng)功能的用例模型。在需求分析建立之后,著重論述該軟件的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),從軟件的總體組成、軟件系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)層和數(shù)據(jù)層的角度分別進(jìn)行了闡述,給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)方案和幾類(lèi)典型功能單元的內(nèi)部算法與處理流程。論文最后論述程序的實(shí)現(xiàn),概要描述了主要程序?qū)嵗�、客�?hù)端開(kāi)發(fā)和程序測(cè)試情況,最后就系統(tǒng)的功能和開(kāi)發(fā)方法方面總結(jié)全文。 該系統(tǒng)的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)采用微軟公司的C#語(yǔ)言和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的SQL語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行編程開(kāi)發(fā),主要編程模型和組件編程遵循C#和.NET的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該系統(tǒng)目前已經(jīng)交付試運(yùn)行,在工程物資的采購(gòu)管理效率以及庫(kù)存成本控制等主要方面,達(dá)到了原定計(jì)劃功能的開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the design and implementation of the material management subsystem in the management information system developed by Ruidi Company for its project supervision business management, and discusses the development of the system with the main line of software engineering development and management process. The main purpose of this system is to solve the problem of how to realize the unified allocation and optimal management of resources in the management of engineering materials. The concepts and methods of material management and supply chain management are adopted as the theoretical basis of the system design. Around this theme, the paper first introduces the background of the development and application of the system, the system in the management concept and software technology, and so on. Then, the function analysis of the system is discussed, and the basic business function and its relationship of the system are emphatically discussed, aiming at the management function of the material supervision business, the purchasing and supply management function, the inventory management function, the equipment management function and so on. A use case model for each function is given. After the requirement analysis is established, the system design of the software is emphatically discussed. From the point of view of the overall composition of the software, the business layer and the data layer of the software system, The design scheme of database and the internal algorithm and processing flow of several typical functional units are given. At the end of the paper, the realization of the program is discussed, and the main program examples, client development and program test are briefly described. At last, the full text is summarized on the function and development method of the system. The software development of the system is based on the C # language of Microsoft and the SQL language of SQL Server database. The main programming model and component programming follow the technical standard of C # and. Net. At present, the system has been put into trial operation, and the development target of the original planning function has been achieved in the main aspects, such as the efficiency of purchasing management of engineering materials and the control of inventory cost.
