AIT公司業(yè)務(wù)改善及開發(fā)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在日益競爭激烈的今天,市場對企業(yè)的要求越來越高,單一功能的企業(yè)已經(jīng)在市場中被逐步淘汰,很多的跨國公司也面對著優(yōu)勝劣汰的局面,這就對AIT公司提出了更高的要求來滿足市場的需要。隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,更加個性化,多元化的服務(wù)企業(yè)在市場中逐漸崛起,使得很多跨國企業(yè)不得不調(diào)整企業(yè)發(fā)展方向,來贏得市場。AIT公司在這方面做得還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,所以造成了部分市場的流失。面對世界大環(huán)境的逐步復(fù)蘇,AIT公司要抓緊時間改善公司自有問題,以最好的姿態(tài)面對市場新一輪的考驗。 本論文通過分層次、分階段的問題分析,提出了目前AIT企業(yè)需要改善的方案。運用了第三方物流的基本理念,,結(jié)合精益管理的思想和關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)體系的激勵機制后,對AIT企業(yè)的內(nèi)部問題提出了一系列解決方案。特別地,本文對AIT發(fā)展過程中所遇到問題進(jìn)行了研究,且提出了相應(yīng)的解決策略。例如通過信息共享的方法,改善AIT內(nèi)部的溝通,提高工作效率;運用精益管理的思想理念,降低成本,減少浪費;運用供應(yīng)鏈參考模型等進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈等等。而對于AIT發(fā)展過程中的遇到的瓶頸問題,本文也運用了倉單質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)的開拓,蒙古過境貨物的開拓等方法給AIT提出了進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的方案。本論文從不同角度給出了符合AIT企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展方向的建議,并提供了可行性分析,以便使AIT企業(yè)在考量研究的過程中有一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In today's increasingly competitive era, the market is demanding more and more enterprises, and single-function enterprises have been phased out in the market. Many multinational corporations are also facing the situation of survival of the fittest. This puts forward higher requirements to AIT to meet the needs of the market. With the development of market economy, more individualized and diversified service enterprises are gradually rising in the market, which makes many multinational enterprises have to adjust their development direction to win the market. AIT has not done enough in this respect. As a result, part of the market has been lost. In the face of the gradual recovery of the world environment, AIT has to seize the time to improve its own problems and to face a new round of market tests with the best posture. Based on the analysis of the problems in different levels and stages, this paper puts forward the solutions that need to be improved at present in AIT enterprises. After applying the basic idea of third party logistics, combining the idea of lean management and the incentive mechanism of key index system, a series of solutions to the internal problems of AIT enterprises are put forward. In particular, this paper studies the problems encountered in the development of AIT, and puts forward corresponding solutions. For example, through the method of information sharing, improve the internal communication of AIT, improve work efficiency; use the idea of lean management to reduce costs and waste; use supply chain reference model to further optimize the supply chain and so on. For the bottleneck problem encountered in the development of AIT, this paper also uses the methods of warehouse receipt pledge business and Mongolian transit goods development to put forward a further development plan for AIT. This paper gives some suggestions on the future development of AIT enterprises from different angles, and provides the feasibility analysis so that the AIT enterprises can have some theoretical basis in the process of considering the research.
