【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),產(chǎn)業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。國(guó)家“十二五”規(guī)劃的出臺(tái),節(jié)能減排、上游資源性產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等一系列政策的實(shí)施,使得企業(yè)目前面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境正變得更加復(fù)雜,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈。采購(gòu)管理作為供應(yīng)鏈管理中重要組成部分,對(duì)于企業(yè)能否在新的環(huán)境下建立和繼續(xù)維持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)具有十分重大的意義。用供應(yīng)鏈管理模式下的采購(gòu)管理相關(guān)理論研究ABC公司現(xiàn)有采購(gòu)管理制度及流程,解決ABC公司采購(gòu)管理中現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,有助于提高ABC公司的采購(gòu)效率,節(jié)約公司采購(gòu)成本,提升公司采購(gòu)管理水平。 本文以某網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲公司——ABC公司的采購(gòu)管理現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,首先介紹了供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本理論,并對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境中的采購(gòu)和供應(yīng)商管理做了詳細(xì)闡述；接著以ABC公司為研究樣本,針對(duì)企業(yè)目前采購(gòu)管理的現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,考慮到企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn),從企業(yè)內(nèi)部采購(gòu)流程的優(yōu)化、供應(yīng)商的選擇與評(píng)價(jià)以及與供應(yīng)商建立戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系三個(gè)方面對(duì)ABC公司的采購(gòu)管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并且對(duì)ABC公司采購(gòu)管理優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施與保障給出相應(yīng)建議。 ABC公司作為一家網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲公司,其在采購(gòu)管理中存在的問(wèn)題具有典型性。相信文中對(duì)ABC公司采購(gòu)管理中現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的研究及相應(yīng)解決方案的提出,對(duì)同類(lèi)型的企業(yè)也會(huì)有一定幫助。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the competition among industries has become increasingly fierce. The implementation of a series of policies, such as the 12th Five-Year Plan, energy conservation and emission reduction, and the adjustment of upstream resource-based industrial structure, has made the business environment that enterprises are facing more complex and fiercer competition. Purchasing management is an important component of supply chain management. It is of great significance for an enterprise to establish and maintain its competitive advantage in the new environment. It is helpful to improve the purchasing efficiency of ABC company and to economize on public welfare to study the existing purchasing management system and process of ABC company by using the purchasing management theory under the supply chain management mode so as to solve the existing problems in the purchasing management of ABC company. Purchasing cost, improve purchasing management level.
This paper takes ABC Company, an online game company, as the research object, firstly introduces the basic theory of supply chain and supply chain management, and expounds the purchasing and supplier management in the supply chain environment in detail; secondly, taking ABC Company as the research sample, aiming at the present situation and existing of enterprise purchasing management. Considering the characteristics of the enterprise, this paper optimizes the ABC company's purchasing management from three aspects: the optimization of internal purchasing process, the selection and evaluation of suppliers and the establishment of strategic relationship with suppliers, and gives corresponding suggestions for the implementation and guarantee of the ABC company's purchasing management optimization program.
As an online game company, ABC company has typical problems in purchasing management. It is believed that this paper will be helpful to the same type of enterprises by studying the existing problems and proposing corresponding solutions in the purchasing management of ABC company.
